If so, maybe you can explain to me how i get the tickets I bought yesterday for the February Boston game from StubHub?

Thanks!

High level. Seller should have text or email transferred you the tickets. Click into the link, log in with your ticket master account, and tickets should drop into Bucks app ticket section.

Have not gotten a text or email from seller. But I had no idea I had to be signed into bucks app account and ticketmaster account (didnt know I had one of those). Could that be the cause of the holdup on why the seller hasn't emailed me my tix/link yet?
I hope I didn't **** it up by not having those things ready to go first before buying.

Thanks a lot! Any more insight or help would be appreciated.

No, they can send even if you don't have those things. I would double check your email that you have tied to StubHub. If you didn't get anything, reach out to StubHub to have the seller (re)-transfer to you. As a seller I had to re-transfer a few times b/c the buyer didn't see the emails...

Once you have the link, just make sure you create a Ticketmaster account and download the Bucks app. Should be straight forward from there.

Season ticket holders were sent out an email over the weekend for a member survey. I kindly brought up my complaints on:

-Benefit point system
-Resell restrictions
-popcorn stand lol

Yeah turns out the tix i bought were “unavailable”. so stubhub replaced them w slightly better seats....but for some reason i wont get the transfer until feb 19th (?), two days before game.
Im sure itll be fine but makes me nervous because I have a friend coming up from Tennessee for the game.

Thanks again!

STH's benefits are due today.

Get this- the Bucks are "sold out" of arena credits. Truly unbelievable. It took them half the year to get this benefit portal working and now I go in to redeem for an arena credit and its sold out. I've called and they try to spin it into more demand/more holders blah blah.

$100 to me is a big deal- basically a beer for my next 10 games. $100 to the bucks is nothing. Pathetic service

How can you be sold out of arena credits? Ugh.

Ooooof. That is brutal. Kind of wish I wasn't a season ticket holder right b/c it is giving me a slightly sour taste towards the organization.

And I agree, how can you be sold out of arena credits?! Its not like its a tangible object that you have limited supply on. It is simply a QR box that drops into your Bucks account, or at least that is how I got my pro shop credit.

UPDATE:

They gave me my arena credit! Kudos, appreciate them delivering and understanding my frustration.

I don't give them kudos for making you have to call to get something you should have had all along. LED are taking full advantage of the new arena + good team. When the new arena smell wears off and the team underperforms, both of which will happen at some point, this gouging will bite them in the ass. Although I fully expect them to sell when all of the development is done around the arena.

Said this before but they honestly would’ve been better saying no benefits in my mind. They bragged about the program when getting me to sign up and they gave me less than 30 days to choose between a hat and $25 card for dropping a few grand on tickets. Thought they could’ve been more creative in providing non-cost benefits. He’ll have a season ticket piriority lines at the gates, 10% discount in the lines, pregame access to lower level shoot around, have some post game press conferences on the court and allow fans in the back. (No reason they can’t have these open to the public)

If you have season tickets go back into the benefit website. There is two posters to redeem for zero points. One is " Rookie Poster" other is "Signature Poster" who knows it may be a glitch and there may be no poster at all! But I "redeemed" them and they are in my purchased benefits now. I will see if I can pick them up tonight at the game or whatever it is.

I do see signature poster in mine. Good catch.

A guy I work with has season tickets too and he was only able to see the "signature" poster. Mine still shows "Rookie" and a "signature" poster in my benefits.

Anyone pick up any of the items yet? Don’t want to show up and find out they have none of the items in stock yet. I’m sure they’ll use the pickup process to give us the hard sell on renewals for next season as well.

The guy I work with selected the exclusive merch benefit "Hat" and they did not have them in last time he went.

They do have the lanyards, pins, and bobble heads in that I know of.

It's insulting to have to jump through hoops to get such worthless trinkets as lanyards and posters and pins. A lanyard isn't a benefit. It's something they should have a big bowl filled full of in the season ticketholder "lounge" free for the taking.

This. All of this. So easy to have great customer service, experience, yet it's like pulling teeth.

Looking to get to a game sometime in the next few weeks. Any better or worse places to sit? I'm ok shelling out for some lower bowl tickets since this will be the only one I go to this season, but am I better off sitting a little further back in the lower level, or are the first few rows even good seats if I can get them? I haven't been to a Bucks game in years, so I'll take any seating recs I can get.

The Beer Button appeared to work fine, I saw several people get their beers. As we know it's limited now to Lite and Coors Lite cans. It seemed to be pretty quick.

There really aren't any bad seats. I prefer lowers but the uppers are better than at the BC. If you're just going to one game then sit in the lowers. It won't be cheap but it will be cheaper on a weeknight, depending on the opponent.
