Truth of the matter is, if Giannis hasn't demanded a trade knowing, full well, that we're going into a reset over the next season, he's not going to do so anytime soon.

Do we shop him regardless? I don't think so. But, we risk being **** over if he flat out refuses to consider extending in October 2026. We're stuck with a lame duck Giannis who will be had for relative peanuts on the trade market. It's the worst case scenario.

I think he stays his entire career here if he doesn't want to leave this offseason.

Worst case scenario is trading Giannis to a team where he wins a bunch of ring eclipsing his legacy here while our stupid ass FO falls flat on their stupid **** faces leaving us **** for the rest of the decade regardless of the poo poo platter they get back.
