Tobes :(

So much promise and we just give him up... For a team that needs all the talented young players we can get, this is going to eat away at me for a long time. It's not like we need smart, efficient scorers or anything...

This is seriously going to destroy my remaining love for this team. Tobes was my guy, i'm not changing my damn sig either. Glad we got a 1/3 season rental of JJ for him though.

Everything you guys said about Tobias has been true so far. Hard worker, & efficient at what he does.

I love the effort he puts forth on both ends of the floor, & he ALWAYS finds a guy to put a body on every shot. Def didn't expect his D to be as good as it has been these first 2 games, & he is just so smooth on offense. Finishing at the rack & showing he can hit the mid to 3 point shot.

Anxious to see if he can keep it up & what he becomes.

Thanks guys :)

Why would you need promise and efficient scorers? They got 30 games worth of JJ Redick, no future can top that?

I'm honestly astounded that anyone defended this trade.

It's definitely the kind of trade that can tip a fan over the edge, reading a few of my posts from that day I'm pretty sure I was having some kind of 6 hour seizure.

This is going to take some time to get over. It's like when your side chick moves away then her boobs grow and she gets in a committed relationship and now some other dude gets to feel her new boobs and brag to you about it and wonder why you didn't make her your main boo.

That's what it's like.

This thread is going to become so depressing. By the end of the season, tobes might be better than everyone on our team except for Larry if he keeps playing this much. :(

Tobias breaking out shouldnt be a surprise to anyone. Him not getting minutes is more representative of this incompetent organization than of Tobes' s play on the floor. For the most part this is the same backwards ass organization that had Sanders stuck on the bench in favor of Drew Gooden last year.

This might be the straw that breaks the camels back for me as far as following this idiotic **** franchise.

I took a wait and see approach; I waited, I saw, and now I'm a sad panda unless we win the finals with jj redick as MVP.

Yep. I would have thought it would be the Bogut trade that did me in yet I survived, but honestly this might be it. I can't even watch the team without spitting venom at the screen right now, it's depressing as f***.

There is no question in my mind that the entire leadership of this organization do not deserve to have an NBA team. What a bunch of f'ing morons.

if harris busts out im gonna be pissed. i kinda gave this trade the benefit of the doubt on the surface of it that 2 coaches didnt play him and the gm traded him..... thinking maybe there was something going on behind the scenes. but if this is just a case of poor evaluation im gonna be furious.

Magic fan here.

I'm excited about Tobias, but it's a really small sample size. I like his game a lot, but it'll be interesting to see if it he can keep it up or not.

And regardless, I hope JJ balls out for your guys. I don't know if he resigns or not, but I would love if he helped make a surprising splash into the playoffs. And if he re-signs, even better.

Yeah, we should base opinions off Scott Skiles and his clone and our idiotic GM.
