According to Woelfel playing for Turkey taxed his body and he came into camp worn out and has never really recovered. Trying to play for better of team.

Well, he's definitely playing for the better of our team 8-) Keep it up, Ersan. You may be wrecking your trade value but you're helping your team posture for the future in the process.

I won't go THAT far... but, while I value some of the things Pekovic can do on offense, he's another poor fit next to Henson, and he isn't close to Larry on D.

There are teams that Pekovic would provide the value of his contract playing for, but the Bucks are not one of them.

I was kidding. But, yes, he'd be a terrible fit next to Henson. Minnesota would do good to try and find a suitable partner while his value is high.

I really feel like they should take a page from Miami's playbook and use Love at the 5 a la Bosh. Only, they'd have to trade Pek first, or else his value will be sunk if he's benched.

Plus, a lineup with Rubio needs as many shooters on the court as it can get.

You really are into emulating good teams without the right pieces to do it aren't you ;).

With Minnesota's personnel, I'd actually rather see them target a guy like Sanders or, even better yet, Tyson Chandler while keeping Love at the 4.

Yeah Love at the 4. If they got a top class slashing wing some more Love at the 5 would make sense. A defensive C who can catch and finish in the pick and roll would be awesome for them.

It'd be a fun experiment! Four shooters next to Rubio could be a hell of a lot of fun.

They'd need a Birdman type to make it work longterm, of course, when Love at C wouldn't be viable.

Enes Kanter + Brandon Rush + John Lucas

For

Ersan Illyasova + Brandon Knight

The Bucks take a chance on a player that Utah has soured on as of late in Kanter who actually has shown promise as a C in his first two seasons, albeit as a backup, while also acquire depth on the wing that is an expiring and another ball handler to replace Knight.

Utah gets a stretch 4 which is a rare piece to have in this league, something few other teams have, and improves the spacing on the floor at least offensively which could kickstart their offense and they take a chance on a young high pick at PG in Knight, who may carve out a niche as a combo guard off the bench.

Then we find a way to get Zaza to a team with an C like Howard or
Drummond that has severe FT issues

If Phoenix thinks the Morris twins can handle the 3, we need to get one of their picks for Ersan.

Oh yeah Phoenix have 3 first right? We should be talking to them daily while their eyes are on the playoffs.

Maybe we can ask for Bledsoe while taking Butler of their hands...

Ah ****.

So Hammond and Dumars like exchanging garbage:

Would Dumars do O.J. Mayo for Charlie V and a 2014 second round?

Would Stuckey and a 2016 first strike our fancy for Ersan? Stuckey's expiring, and we could flip him.

Hell, we could flip him for Perkins/Lamb/Abrines. Unless we really think Gordon Hayward is a guy to target in RFA, we don't really need capspace next summer.

http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=megjwve (Can't put Mayo in yet, but Butler's salary is the same slot)

Still need to find a taker for Zaza, however.

The Suns, obviously encouraged by a promising start and with several attractive assets at their disposal, are making it known around the league they are open to trading one or more picks in the loaded 2014 draft if they can get an established star capable of making an impact now, NBA.com has learned.

I don't see Phoenix trading for Ersan at all.

We have to keep Zaza so he can eat into some of Larry's minutes.

Giving Larry 15 possessions a game fixes that problem.

Hilarious, I was literally just going to post this. Get on the phone Bone! Get it done! Considering they have a viable stretch 4 in Frye (who is playing quite a bit better and healthier than Ersan), the person on our roster that would be most appealing to them would be Sanders. Regardless, an interesting scenario. I'd ask for their pick; Washington's pick; and Okafor. It would be tricky to make the salaries work but I would try like hell and maybe even attempt to sneak Goodwin out of it. #PipeDream

They wouldn't. Morris twins and Frye make Ersan entirely irrelevant. They should be very interested in Larry, however.
