In this economy and looking at league revenue projections, he was always going to sign (no agent is advising otherwise). It’s when things don’t go his way after that first year that you worry about the superstar demand out trade.

Jrue 11 years in the league, will be 12, crazy. Not many winning seasons in that time. I’m sure he will like the bump in wins there.

Too much though.

My biggest concern is that there will be no more drafting and developing.....that just seems like long term suicide for a small market franchise in the Midwest. I guess outside of Donte and Brogdon, they weren’t very good at it in recent history anyway.

I see it two ways really.

1. White Donte.

2. We pay Bogdan a significant amount of money that Sacramento doesn't want to pay and doesn't see as a significant asset and we get him for expiring fillers and a couple seconds.

I'm irate right now on what we gave up in this deal. If Giannis doesn't sign the Supermax as soon as it's offered, the level of incompetence here is maddening.
