I think he sees the floor immediately. Defense lets people stick.

How did that work out for Carter? He didn’t even see the floor in the playoffs when Hill was utter garbage…

This kid ain’t playing

Carter is 6'1". Marjon has a 8'10" standing reach. That's PF length with feet as good as Carter.

DDV played 20 minutes opening night his rookie year, and would’ve played steadily throughout if not for injury…but yeah sure George Hill

Who said the kid had a high BBIQ? I feel that its a red flag if you cant go to college or you dont want to go. And lets not kid ourselves. G-League is not better than the college level.

yeah no good NBA players skipped college.
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

You may be right, but if Magic and Larry were coming of age right now, you think they'd go to college? I sure wouldn't. I'd want to play basketball.

He skipped college to train with………NBA trainers. He put on 20+lbs of muscle during that time. You can see the difference in how skinny he is in his HS videos.

The G League is better than the college level. It’s not enjoyable to watch, but it’s also a league where you can’t put Bronson Koenig on the floor and expect to have any kind of success. There are grown ass men in the G League with years of actual NBA experience.

Somewhere between liggins or Torrey Craig as his ceiling I’m guessing, from my quick scouting reports and Twitter threads analysis he’ll probably be out of the league before his second contract. It’s the end of the first round so who cares, I like Horst a lot but drafting isn’t his strong suit.

The last one was 2005. Kobe and Jermaine Oneil are the two biggest. The rest are bluh.

Please don't suck. Tired of wasting first round picks. You all have not convinced me that this is a good move and that is unsettling. Probably should have made a trade, but I'd be ecstatic if the man can hoop.

Tough beat to bluh KG but I'll take it given he was a Celtic.
