Spoelstra is such a good coach man. No matter what, they constantly end up losing players and just keep plugging in 2nd round picks, undrafted rookies, players thrown away by other teams, and they just keep winning.

Our defensive approach (if you can even call it that) is legitimately hilarious. This is the biggest coaching mismatch in basketball.

Our team is constantly overcommiting and leaving the corner 3 open. We did it with Bud just as much so we can't blame Griffin. This team has no clue how to just stick with their man and play straight up.

It's easy to blame Griffin but some of this stuff has nothing to do with the system. It's just straight up bad defense by bad defenders. Not sure what he can do about that.
