I think as much as we'd all love to ignore it, Jrue might have been even more obscenely talented on defense than we've all been willing to admit. It's not a one man thing, and I understand that. But his level of defensive communication is what we are missing most right now. He was our leader on that end and he kept guys accountable when they made mistakes and kept them confident when they did well.

I worry that Dame being a foul merchant won’t translate well in the playoffs. Other notorious foul merchants like Harden and Embiid typically struggle in the playoffs because they don’t get the same calls.

Also he gets so much credit for defense but he functioned well offensively too.. nice post ups and drives.. 2 way players are the hack of you can find them
