I heart AJax.

Thats why I hesitate to give up anything for DFS, the quick decline of defensive role players over 30 is real

I need to bookmark your comment above. It's held true with so many players.

Makes me think about Luc Richard Mbah a Moute. The Bucks got his best years out of him, then at 30 he fell off a cliff. Makes me sort of view Ajax in that same light. Bucks will get his best 3-4 years right now.

On top of that, Ajax's potential on offense is intriguing. Even though he's had a few bad turnovers, he has excellent vision and awareness. The ideas have been good, execution bad. I believe he'll start putting it together with more playing time.

Come on. Green has played less that 1,500 minutes in the NBA. SGA is almost at 14,000 minutes. You knew what the TV broadcast was saying.

Even Bucks fans have been excited about the infusion of youth and development of the "young guys" this season.

Yeah RJ was saying I have no idea who this guy is so I will call him “young” guy instead of a scrub. A good commentator would have done his homework and said SGA just drew a ticky tac foul on Dairy Bird

Andre is a really hardworking pest of a defender. And not in a Pat Beverley "doing a lot of nothing" kind of way. His effort seems intentional and purposeful and is annoying as hell for opposing guards. He and Cash Green are really good at staying in front of their dudes and making them work.

All Andre needs to do on that end is perfect the dark arts of knowing how to be physical without drawing fouls. He's getting better every game, it seems, but if he can take that next step he'll become an absolute menace with the ability to credibly guard 1-3 at his height and physical toughness.

Oh, and Enthusiasm Jackson smacking the fk out of Hartenstine (sp?) when the German dared lift a disapproving arm, that was something I enjoyed.

I was incredibly impressed by Giannis's improved patience in the post. His decisions to be methodical or capitalize on advantages quickly in the post were as good as I can remember. I saw somewhere that the Bucks scored on 10/12 possessions where Giannis posted.

Doc getting Embiid to play from the elbow got him playing the best of his career and led to his MVP. It's trending that way here as well

The winner of this game should at least get a win counted toward their record for tiebreakers and all that.

I feel a bit smug about being all in on him very early, can't imagine how you're behaving given how early you were into him.

Cup winner should be gifted a #30.5 Draft pick. Just call it the Cup pick. After #30 Cup wiinner gets a gift pick. That would be awesome. It adds so much motivation, I hope Silver gets it. Finals Cup should be on 2025 calendar like 2nd of January. I don't like the 2024 champ tag , it messes up with previous season's champions

When I saw Ray there next to oscar my heart went a flutter.

Anytime he shows a little attention to the Bucks I get happy. You never forget your first Bucks Crush. Sure I liked other bucks before him...but that was my first full on, I LOVE THIS DUDE.

I'm happy for all his success, but can never forget those years in Milwaukee.

Motivation for whom? Gary Trent Jr wants the Bucks to get the 30th pick?

This game should count for stats. People get traded and play 83 games a season randomly. It's fine. Reward them with stats.

I live in Madison and my son has asked for NBA Cup Championship gear for Christmas. I see online there is nothing available until January. Has anybody seen gear in the Milwaukee area? Would seem they would want to take advantage of this for the holidays but maybe not.

I still haven't figured out what Hartenstein was bitching about. I saw folks on the socials talking about Jackson cheap-shotting SGA but the video of the play before doesn't show anything even a very confused person would interpret that way.

From the one angle it looked like jackson whacked him in the weiner and SGA kind of winced like it as well. If that was all someone saw, it looked like a cheapshot.

The other angle showed jackson swiping at the front of Shai's jersey though and shai himself didn't seem overly concerned afterwards.

People like to be mad on the internet.

No idea what the hell Hartenstein is talking about. He shuffles his feet and gets away with a moving screen (what else is new?) and Andre proceeds to.....graze the side of SGA's shorts trying to fight through it? Absolute nothing burger. Dude was probably just intent on pulling some fake tough guy **** in this one after the Rockets game.

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
