They want Ersan?

True, They'd have to really want him though. And with the signs Jones has shown lately I doubt they do.

I don't think what they would get would be much better value wise then Ersan/Wolters/Udoh really.

This is the one year we actually can be the 4th seed! And only have to win 39 games to get it! Do it John!

Slap in the face to all of us who say the Bucks shoot for mediocrity with the 8th seed. Now for years they'd be able to say they got the 4th, 5th or 6th seed. FML
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

For what Houston want, the value seems fine to me too. I just think it's wasting our assets by doing it. We add a 3rd team to it and we get back some young players then I'm all for it. But for us getting Asik in return isn't a good deal to me.

This trade makes us worse for the rest of the season and it frees up more time minutes for Henson. Why are people upset? That lane is going to be a toilet bowl though with a sanders/Henson/asik front court

The window is just the most advantageous time for them to make a deal, and since that's how they generally operate, that's when they'll likely deal him. I don't think it's imperative it happens then, though. His value isn't going up after Dec. 19th as he continues to not play and his remaining contract gets shorter and shorter.

Ah, here it is:

For two months after receiving the player in trade, if the trade aggregates the player's salary with the salaries of other players. However, the team is free to trade the player immediately, either by himself or without aggregating his salary with other salaries. This restriction applies only to teams over the salary cap. I worry about what the next move would be. And, if there isn't one, the issue is, whoever the Bucks draft, they're still stuck with two centers starting.

Plus, if this having Asik/Henson/Sanders means Embiid is off the draft board...

Talk about a dump..... Dump meaning we gave up Sanders for far less then he's worth and the meaning of what we get is poop.

Well, people do say sanders is better off as a power forward. I don't know if I agree.

I wonder what Morway has to think about all this? He did such a great job in Indiana, he couldn't possibly think going after Asik is a good idea, can he?

Don't.

I don't think he has the offensive prowess for it, but he also can't guard traditional centers. But perhaps the traditional center is a dying breed anyway.

I would hope you don't. For him and Henson.

That is a bad deal for us. I'd much rather try and see if we can move Sanders/Mayo to OKC for some kind of combination of Lamb/Jones III/Adams/Jackson/1st + Kendrick Perkins for cap reasons.

A borderline all star for three bench role players? Wow we must really devalue our own players.

Who's the borderline allstar in that conversation?

When will malcontents learn to shut their stupid mouths before they end up being traded to the Bucks?

Seriously, I wonder if any GM has ever threatened an agent with "Calm your client down, and get him to play, and play hard, or I swear to God, I will trade him to the Milwaukee **** Bucks. You think I won't do it? Try me. I've got Hammond on speed dial right now."

Anyone think Hammond has the stones and the brains to do the Asik deal. Then flip him to OKC or Dallas since Morey won't trade him to a contender in the west?

If those were a combined sentence, I'd say no. Since you placed that period in there, yes and no.
