So, why should you know him? Because he’s the best player on the best team in the Big Ten, and knowing about him will be highly valuable for bracketology purposes.

so Grantland writer thinks the Terps are the best team in the Big Ten?

Funny stuff.

I think that's the opinion of one writer, who honestly might've just thrown that in there without really thinking about it, because the guy who does the college basketball power rankings for Grantland has Wisconsin way above Maryland today.

What in the ****? If that's possible I would never consider contacts. Granted I never would anyways because I'm not touching my **** eye to get it in. Give me the ugliest, dorkiest glasses you can find and I'd still choose them over contacts.

Yeah you can have a contact slide off to the back/side of your eye and it is painful. I wore contacts for about a month maybe 10 years ago, after a month and I would still flinch/inflict pain putting them in and my eyes never got used to them, went back to glasses and never looked back. Have been wearing glasses for almost 20 years now, no regrets there, will never wear contacts again.

I've been wearing contacts nearly every day for 14 years now, and I don't even notice them. It's a pain in the ass if I rub my eye and it folds up or something, and skews my vision but thats very rare. Wouldn't say it's painful at all.

Obviously everyone and their eyes is different. I know lots of people wear contacts without issues, I couldn't do it :P

If he's a writer on Grantland he should at least know who is in the Big 10

We really have trouble against other teams with sizable big men.

Long way to go, but this is how you lose conference games to teams that you shouldn't.

This Isaac Haas kid is gonna be dominant. Already has one helluva refined post game and he's only a freshman.

HOLY DEKKER. Lol at the announcer "Someone's gotta vine that!"

They are getting a ton of easy looks. Gotta make them take some tougher shots.

LOL at Jackson going 1 on 3, dribbling between his legs for no apparent reason and losing control of the ball. He's damn lucky Purdue touched it last.

The big ten has some of the worst officials in the country. So inconsistent.

Well you're nothing if not predictable when it comes to Jackson.

And yes I recognize that was a terrible play.

Haas is really really good. Very very impressive.

Kaminsky just told him to suck it.

I know we have an edge at the FT line but I still feel like we have gotten some bad bad calls against us.

I like Purdue, they are tough but this is a game at home that we should've had more under control.

Agree. Pretty much every call against Dukan tonight was terrible.
