Unless something falls into their lap, I think they'll look at Jabari as being their mid-season addition and move on.

I'd prefer they shopped Jabari, but I don't see it happening.

Could you imagine having so many players who are top five at their position in Bucks history on the team at the same time?

I disagree, I think they 100% make a move for another center. They know they can't compete with Henson and thon. I think they're holding out for a big name

Bogut available and Ersan being shopped. It's time to bring the band back together.

Yep. I want to be patient and wait for deals like this one might be.

And I really wouldn't mind seeing Parker and the team healthy before deciding there. Though I do understand the desire to avoid the contract risk. Very real.

Thon and DJ for Winslow!

It'd probably have to be Vaughn and a second to avoid tax (barely, I think?), so might not work if ATL just wants a straight cash dump. Could use the Hibbert trade exception, but then we'd need to cut a player and pay tax.

If the Bucks applied for the Telly IPE they’d have room to absorb him. Deadline to apply is the 15th.

If that's how that works within the parameters of the CBA, I think that makes the most sense.

Mirza makes $10.5M.
DPE is half of the injured player's contract or the non-taxpayer MLE, whichever is less.
That equates to $5.25M (smaller than $8.406M).
Ersan makes $6M

They cannot absorb him into the DPE; nor Hibbert's TPE if anyone was wondering.

Ers did great last year with Philly

Ersan deal would work if we traded Vaughn and Wilson. Vaughn and JET are 19k short lol

We could get Babbitt back with one of TPEs though! SHOOTING!

Sadly I might just do that. Even more sadly they probably would not.

I can’t imagine that Ersans second time around with Kidd would go any better than the first lol

I could do without seeing Giannis have to Eurostep 5-10 times a game for points. That’s gonna catch up to him, Jabari style.

Another scorer who can board at the 3 will be welcome. It’s not like our 2 guard lineup and middleton at the 3 is providing any help on the boards.

Personally, I’d trade Bledsoe and Middleton at the deadline while their values are somewhat high. We aren’t winning anything with them anyways, and we aren’t re-signing Bledsoe after next season, nor am I sure the Bucks would want to Max Middleton in 2 years. Not to mention, Middleton stopped playing defense, but that gets ignored on the trade market in comparison to buckets.

Sell high, until you find the pieces that can bring you a championship. Period.

I think the Jordan ship has sailed. I think we end up with someone like Tyson Chandler or Vuc.

Tristan Thompson would be a pretty big improvement. What would it take?

Yeah, Khris and Bledsoe are going to be problems. I think this is as good as ever gets with these guys. They may sustain their play for a couple of more seasons but I don't know if either will be worth max extension I see Malcolm as more of a priority going forward.

I would rather have Tyson and that contract is pretty big.

Rarely view outside distractions as a reason to not trade for certain players, but the NBA golden rule should be to always avoid:

A) LaVar Ball
B) Kardashians

What is Stanley Johnson worth?

Might something like Snell + Vaughn entice Marjanovic + Johnson?

Snell has been fine for us but his minutes are going to take a hit when Jabari comes back. If he has more value than this that would be great too.

I like the ideas being thrown around here on trying to find a young wing that is struggling with their current team, like Winslow and Stan Johnson.

I’d try and get Winslow first.
