Better. Much better. Let's get him.

A healthy Gallo is better than Middleton.

That’s just it though. Gallo can’t stay healthy.

He’s as soft as Charmin.
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

We dont have the filler to trade for him. Got to use the TPE on a scrub for an asset (like Clippers did with Harkless).

the 125% rule says we need to get to 18.1M to trade for Gallanari, while our TPE can get us up to around 9M.

So: Ersan (7M) + TPE player(s) (9M) + DJ or two min guys + whatever picks they need would get us there.

This is totally doable.

I would imagine management will be having a conversation with Giannis about Westbrick. Hopefully he isn’t a fan.

Let's just get Korver, eh?

Bledsoe/Hill/DDV
Matthews/Sterling/Pat C
Middleton/Korver/Hommes?
Giannis/Ersan/Wilson
B. Lopez/R. Lopez/Landale?

yes, always remember that one of Leuer/Ersan is already gone so you can't use them both in a trade for Gallo.

Jrue Holiday should be the early season target here.

I know everyone likes to say “This isn’t the team they’ll have in the playoffs” and I get it. Was certainly the case last September when they started scrimmaging in NYC. But I do think there’s a lot to be said for an entire squad going through training camp together, maximizing the time spent learning one another and feeling comfortable in the system. Once the season starts there’s no time to practice and we saw Hill and Niko both struggle to adapt on the fly at times. I still think Niko would’ve been a different dude after a training camp with Bud. It’s ideal to have as many key guys in the fold as soon as possible.

Ersan/Leuer/DDV for Gallo works in the checker. Is that enough? I’m dead set against moving any more first rounders. Even after the clippers just moved all those firsts it still feels like they have more future picks than we do.

No more first round picks going in trades, I agree. Bucks can’t take the same risks of going without 1st round picks for years like LA teams can.

We have young players who we can trade (DDV or DJ) instead, which I would be open to for the right player if they could move the needle.
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

What FA's are still available at this point? Seems like almost everyone has signed now.

One of Ersan or Leuer (probably stretching Leuer?) is already off the table to fit George Hill's contract right?

Never said anything of the contrary but people keep proposing trades with Ersan and Leuer. That is impossible.

He's not available. The Pelicans will definitely go for the POs and he's their core piece. Unless NO crashes and burns, he's impossible to get.

Just off the top of my head in no particular order:
Marcus Morris
Jeremy Lin
Vince Carter
Kyle Korver
Avery Bradley
Jabari Parker
Rondae Hollis-Jefferson
Jamychal Green

I'm sure there are others.

Gallinari. Now this is what we need. He's much better.

Ersan, Leuer, TPE and our 2020 first! Go get it done Horst!

Move Middleton to SG (which I have always disliked) and now you have a really strong starting 5.

In that situation I think it would be best to use Gallinari as the 6th man getting minutes whenever Giannis or Middleton sit and when Giannis is at the 5

What is the deal with Kelly Oubre Jr ? I always liked him as a prospect. How is he still FA ?
