Absolutely hate coaches who sit stars because of foul trouble. Refs know how many Giannis has and rather him play 42 min and foul out in OT then him play 35 and finish with four fouls and a loss in regulation

Might be a player contract thing they don't want to make public? I can't think of another good reason to not adapt to reality.
