Hard pass of Melli, he can't guard a chair on the NBA and his O is ok, but the athleticism difference between EL and NBA hurts him a lot there too.

There’s clearly incompetence on our side but also definitely seems like Bogdan and his agent screwed us here.

But wouldn't we all have rather been screwed by Bogdan's agent as our choice, versus the choice being made by Adam Silver?

Heres a not secret. It wasnt.

Wes is a good shooter and defender but has no other offense aside from catch and shoot and that slide step and shoot. Thats a big problem.

Same with Hill.

Same with DDV, although a worse shooter.

We need ballers not shooters.

you need 2-3 real high usage guys and multiple 3-d guys. how many facilitators did miami and lakers have? what about GS? can you give me an example of a previous championship team that used your secret model?

suggesting we need 4 guys in our primary playoff lineup taking turns playmaking(or ballstopping) is amateur hour.

Did i say playmaking? I said "do more than catch and shoot." I just mean a diverse offensive game. Not one guy who can create and hit a variety of different shots, 3 catch and shooters, and giannis. They dont all need to be high usage guys, just more skilled.

ddv is damn near perfect if he hits his shots..... and unlike bogdanovich on his previous team......the on/offs show the team plays better with him then without.

trading a 2 mil glue guy coming off his first full season with the highest on/off on the team for an 18 mil playmaking 4th option who may struggle to guard in our system just isnt some automatic homerun deal. i have grave reservations about it.
