The Bucks have enough resources to at least get his parents a work visa, they could be "Player Advisors" if it came down to it. It just doesn't seem like much of a problem if they haven't done it yet.

That seems like a good idea but my guess is it'd be viewed by the league as a circumvention of the salary cap (if the Bucks paid them). I do wonder if Giannis couldn't just set up a LLC and salary them himself. It's not like he wasn't going to give them a lot of money anyway.

Clearly he is very close with his family and feels lonely in a totally different culture. He will survive but it would be in the Bucks' best interest to arrange for his family to get here sooner rather than later. My life in America: I prefer to spend most of the hours with my teammates, because I am bored alone at home. It is nice before, during, and after the workouts. We are having a nice time as a team. I feel part of the Bucks family. They all embraced me and I like that very much. When, finally, I have to go home, then I usually play Playstation. I bought a PS4 just for the 2K14. And of course I'm playing myself, and it's so much fun. Other than that, I go to the movies or for a dinner. Also, I speak every day with my family in Greece, either by phone or Skype. I miss my parents and my brothers, but there is nothing I can do so I am slowly adjusting.

On top of it, the climate for immigrant Greek families of color isn't exactly ideal at the moment. The kid obviously wants to provide a better life for his family, and if the Bucks can help him do that, they should.
