Here is 1 I like:

MIL: Ersan + Udoh
ATL: Schroeder + Brand (or different throw away player of their choice) + 2nd Round Pick

Sanders to the Suns wouldn't be a bad trade for some of their picks, if you think Henson is a center.

They own Pacer, Wolves, Wizards, and their own pick. Since all those teams are doing relatively well, it would probably take 3 to do it for me. It's not like any of those will be a top 10.

Okafor to balance the salary + 3 firsts for Sanders, or 2 firsts if one is in the top 10?

Then Ersan + Butler + Neal + our 2nd best 1st to the Thunder for Collison/Perkins/Lamb.

Can someone remind me: What is the lowest the Bucks could end up picking if finishing with the worst record, 2nd worst, or 3rd worst?

The Phoenix Suns' success this season is a surprise to plenty of people. But don't put Suns' GM Ryan McDonough in that group."I'm not surprised, but I'm happy with how quick the group has come together," McDonough told Arizona Sports 620's Burns & Gambo Wednesday."Getting guys to buy into their roles, balance their minutes. One of the best things for (head coach Jeff) Hornacek and I is how unselfish they are. Different guys finish games, it's not always the same group out there at the end. Guys are rooting for each other. You don't always see that."Phoenix has jumped out to a 12-9 record and would be in the playoffs as the Western Conference's No. 8 seed if the season ended today -- quite the opposite of the 60-loss projection the team given by many analysts after a busy offseason in which the Suns' lined themselves up for as many as six first-round picks over the next two years. But as Phoenix competes for a postseason spot, McDonough said he wouldn't part with any of the offseason assets he acquired in hopes of just reaching the playoffs this year."We'd make a move if we thought it helped us short and long term," McDonough said. "Say someone mid-20s and under who we think could be a Sun for multiple years, then yes. But we're not looking to trade a pick for a 35-year old guy who might get us in the playoffs."McDonough added that he doesn't think it's a challenge to balance his long-term vision for the Suns with the possibility of winning right away, and said the Suns' youth is a big part of that. Channing Frye is the only player in the Suns' rotation older than 28, and much of the team's core is in its early 20s."I think the good organizations are consistent and stick with the plan," the first-year GM said. "But we owe it to the coaching staff to do whatever we can to help our guys make a playoff push, but within the framework of a young guy who can help us now and in the future."

Thanks, That further underscores how important each loss is and how big finishing with the worst record would be.

Warriors have no backup point guard, get almost nothing off the bench and now Jermaine O'Neal is out for the year. They seem prime for a trade, that team needs to make a playoff push this year.

What do they really have to trade though?

I like Draymond Green and their rookie Nemanja Nedovic as future rotation guys. At some point Golden State is going to have to make a decision about Harrison Barnes and David Lee. I'd probably dump all of our contracts for Lee, their young guys and future picks. Sanders for Barnes makes a lot of sense too.

What about the Celtics as a potential trade partner?

They are 11 and 14 while Rondo has just received full medical clearance. Boston's tank is in jeopardy...but even if their pick isn't in the lottery it's looking like they still might make out like bandits with Brooklyn's pick.

Potential trade wise, any number of our purportedly win-now shooters might be a good fit there if they intend on keeping Rondo. I also saw them linked to Asik in at least one of the write ups of where the Rockets could send him.

If the Celtics do decide to forego the tank and try to win now, here are the extra future 1st round picks that they have at their disposal:

2014 first round draft pick from Brooklyn
: Brooklyn will convey the less favorable of its 2014 1st round pick and Atlanta's 2014 1st round pick to Boston (via Atlanta's right to swap for Brooklyn) [Atlanta-Brooklyn, 7/11/2012 and then Boston-Brooklyn, 7/12/2013]

2015 first round draft pick from L.A. Clippers:
L.A. Clippers' 2015 1st round pick to Boston [Boston-L.A. Clippers, 6/25/2013]

2016 first round draft pick from Brooklyn
: Brooklyn's 2016 1st round pick to Boston [Boston-Brooklyn, 7/12/2013]

2017 first round draft pick from Brooklyn
: Boston has the right to swap its 2017 1st round pick for Brooklyn's 2017 1st round pick; if Boston exercises this swap right, then Boston will convey its 2017 2nd round pick to Brooklyn protected for selections 31-45 (if this pick falls within its protected range and is therefore not conveyed, then Boston's obligation to Brooklyn will be extinguished) [Boston-Brooklyn, 7/12/2013]

2018 first round draft pick from Brooklyn
: Brooklyn's 2018 1st round pick to Boston [Boston-Brooklyn, 7/12/2013]

Would take that any day. Been trying to push the idea of going for Schroder since they sent him to the D League, Teague's improvement, and the team's unexpected competitiveness.

Would give up any combination of our players outside of Giannis, Henson, Sanders, Middleton and Wolters to get him.

I think the best we can hope for for Ersan is something like a first in the 20's and an expiring contract. Maybe the Spurs would do Ersan and Neal for something like their first rounder along with Diaw and Bellinelli.

Diaw and Bellinelli fit their team better

Spurs love Marco and Boris. Spurs might value Boris' passing and D more than Ersan's shooting.

I'd pass. Need a mid-high 2014 1st and/or a legitimate PG prospect.

Not to mention, Neal just played for the Spurs and they didn't want to keep him, apparently. At least not for the price we paid him.

Zaza needs to go before the last two, who are expiring.
