Once saw Dell Curry hit 45 in a row (from when I started counting, god knows how many it actually was). Difference there was that they were from above the break, which is the toughest shot in the game, and his feet never left the ground. It was completely hypnotic.

On topic, I really like Nwora's form and release. Gotta get a little stronger to be able to play defense, but he looks really good for where they drafted him.

Guys, I think he looks good. Obviously, he looks legit as a spot-up shooter, but he has enough off the bounce game to vary his mode of scoring. He isn't [and shouldn't] a give'em the ball and let'em create guy, but he can evade rotating defenders closing out with with a couple dribbles and capitalize. Already has a floater. Possesses defensive awareness. I don't know what he ends up being on that side of the ball, but he's engaged. He's gonna stick and it's a good thing, because him and Midds are the only wings who can score. These smurf lineups with Donte or Pat playing at 3 are gonna give me a coronary.

His release is so quick and effortless. Definitely low ala our last Buck to wear 13 but he has no hesitation, no conscious. Gonna be fun to watch him develop. I think he could end up playing 16-20mpg for the year.

Chones got hacked, probably by the Russians. He doesn't give actual bball perspectives without a hefty dose of wit and whimsy. This is clearly not him.

I dont really get why anyone would be more excited about Merrill. They both seem to be great shooters who currently do nothing else at an nba level except one is significantly taller and more athletic.

Nwora is averaged 26 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 2.4 steals per 36 with 66 TS%.

Yes, I'd like to see more, especially since Forbes is a defensive disaster.

Would never happen but I wish home fans could choose who to start like once every 10 games and the starters had to play 25+ minutes that game.

I'd choose Nwora over Brook.

Is there any reason why we signed Nwora to only a 2-year deal? I just don't get why we don't strong-arm 2nd rounders into taking at least 1 NG year at the end of whatever length contract we want to guarantee. Would've certainly been helpful with Brogdon

The minimum salary exception can only be applied to contracts up to 2 years. For a 3 year contract we'd have had to use a piece of the MLE, which we used on DJA and Forbes.

When he receives the ball, you know it's going up lol but you want him shooting because he's a confident shooter.

I don't mind Giannis at the 5 but not too long I think his risk of picking up fouls is higher at center. He sometimes can't help himself.

Who do we blame for him only getting a 2 year deal again?

I watched some of it today. Offense is easy for Nwora. Silky shot and footwork. Confident. He's a NBA player to me. Would like to see him get 10 more minutes of game time the next one. He could have some 40 point G-league games.

Forbes or Augustin? Would have had to use part of the MLE.
