I don't know, but I hope they play the long game and go for the big fix, even if that upsets this seasons outcome. Pick a world-class POBO with authority to act, hire a competent GM, the POBO/GM hire a world-class coach and staff - let this seasons chips fall where they may.

Much of the roster should be upgraded if they intend to compete with the big boys; so get started on that cleanup today.
