If you want to feel better about our situation with Giannis, you should listen to the last Ricky Sanchez podcast.

On one hand, they both say they'd take Giannis. On the other hand, there is a decent discussion about how Giannis game may age like Westbrook's.

It sucks we're back in this speculation situation, but we have arguably gotten Giannis prime. Does he have many more years of that prime? Maybe, maybe not. We just need to really savor this upcoming season.

I hope Giannis retires as a Buck just because of what he has meant to the franchise.

But this could be shaping up perfect for us to get one of Giannis' final MVP level years, then get a haul for him right before his game falls off.

I don't think Giannis will win another MVP. But if I was betting, I would bet he only has 1, maybe 2 more seasons where he is in the MVP conversation.

I hope Giannis' game ages well, but for a guy who riles a ton on athleticism and has a below average BBIQ, I sure wouldn't bet on it.

Giannis has opened himself up for a lot more criticism now. I hope he's ready for it. Also if he ends up in NYC or LA he better be prepared for a little more aggressive media. He won't just have Eric Nehm and Jim O lobbing him softball questions while wearing Giannis jerseys.

Yeah, if my team's season ended, mostly because I shot 10-23 from the free throw line in a 2pt loss in overtime, and then I got to pick the new head coach, I'd probably keep my mouth shut.

If someone in the media wanted to be a smart ass, they could have way too much fun with this.

Giannis is playing down a position because he can. When he loses a lot athleticism and then he's only a physical outlier at C. It's one of the least thought through arguments in the NBA. Injuries could end him early like with any big but he's not going to fade away when loses some speed.

I bought RogerMurdock Jr a cool pair of shoes for school, but the third day, they got rained on the color bled.

The next weekend, I went out and bought several different pairs of shoes for him, including some sick Zoom Freak 4's that were on major discount. He was going to pick them, but then decided he wanted his own "style," and got a pair of black checkered Vans (he also found a neat red pair at Goodwill for a few bucks).

I considered exchanging the Zoom Freaks for my size, but my daughter (high school junior) said they don't suit me. I don't want to look lame, so I think I have to return them.

Inevitably, Giannis is going to have diminished explosiveness but he's not going to lose his fluidity. That's the attribute that makes him special. If he was a springy guy who couldn't change direction smoothly, he'd be former Bucks legend Hakeem Warwick. In his last years, he probably won't be an open-court demon, but he has incredible hands and great touch around the basket in traffic. Those things endure time and injury.

I always hate the yearly ambiguous comments from Giannis. I don't mind him putting pressure on the FO, which I'm sure they already are on notice about, but the family stuff was poor taste, especially when you have a teammate like Jrue to stepped away to care for his wife and kid not too long ago.

Honestly as long as there's a lease on the Fiserv don't really care if we suck again in a few years. I loved going to games when tickets were cheap as hell and there were no bandwagon fans. Us diehards are all fine but the bandwagoners are really getting out of hand the last couple years.

Giannis can do what he wants and that’s fine. I’m a Giannis fan, but I’m a bucks fan first so whatever is best for the team. Probably don’t need to worry about it for another year or two though
