So Draymond has missed 7 games and the reports are he'll be back in early January, missing 11-13 games. Not enough IMO.

It also prevented a Bucks-Sixers ECF, where we could've finally seen Giannis smoke Embiid in a playoff series.

In the end though I wouldn't change a thing about that run. 8-)

Even with Masai accomplishing the goal of winning a ring, I never thought of him being a guy that would usher in a dynasty of anything. Outside of the Kawhi swing (which was a weird circumstance to begin with where Pop wanted to trade him for a win now piece) he was never that impressive, and even the championship they won is slightly tainted by the fact Kawhi got out of there as fast as he could afterwards.

I was told Joker gets no calls. He just went 18/18 from the FT line on touch fouls during jumpshots after watching Middleton get hacked attacking the hoop with no call.

I generally believe the best in people, and love a redemption arc, but sheesh I have to agree that if only misses around a dozen games they have fleeced the league here.

I'm old enough to remember when the Suns signed like 10 mediocre minimum level players and the world lost their mind on how amazing they did but now I'm hearing that KD's supporting cast isn't enough?

Turns out your Bates-Diops, your Watanabe's and Bol Bol's of the world weren't exactly the well rounded bench guys they convinced everyone they got.

My theory is that there are (cosmic?) structural forces that pull talking-type media towards a particular kind of breathless warble-garble. Like carcinization, but for sports media. As The Ringer increasingly prioritizes podcasting, they become more and more like the legacy network they fled.
