Re: Fiserv Forum Thread
My seat mate just got it ten minutes ago so try refreshing. I was able to get 2 upper deck myself. They really undersold the playoff ticket advantage as they seem to have listed it close to season ticket price even for the additional tickets.

Decided to commit to season tickets for next year because I was told I would get priority over general public for playoff strips. had no idea they were allowing season ticket holders from this year to buy 4 strips if they only held 2 seats. 10k season seats were sold...i'll be shocked if there is anything left when they hit me up.. bogus

Yeah if that's true it's b.s. Every full season ticket holder should be able to get playoff tix for their seat (s).
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Where did you see the 4 seats? I was only offered 2?
Look at it this way, you did get priority on your seats. You were given an opportunity to buy more. I bought mine at 12:50. The guy who owns the set next me bought at 1:15pm. They sent out an email last week stating they would be available at noon. Not ideal but not totally unreasonable. The prices were extremely reasonable.

Not sure if he meant his own seat, or additional tickets? he should still have his originals unless he checked the wrong box in sign-up where it says how you would like purchase playoff tickets.
our Milwaukee Bucks are leading the league and charging towards a top seed for the 2019 NBA Playoffs. One of your awesome perks for being a Full Season Member means you have one of the first opportunities to secure additional playoff seating before we go on sale to the general public. Due to inventory being EXTREMELY limited, you are limited to purchasing (2) additional playoff seats for the entire duration of the NBA playoffs.
Please note: these playoff strips are in addition to the playoff tickets secured in your regular season seat location. Those will be charged, based on your payment selection, on March 25, 2019.
You will be able to log in to your MyBucks Account Manager at 12 pm CST today, February 25, 2019 and purchase an additional set of seats for the entire duration of the playoffs. In doing so, you are committing to all potential home games in that location. Please see below on how your playoff seating will work:
• By purchasing a Full Playoff Strip, you are committing to every home game the Bucks play during the 2019 NBA Playoffs
• All rounds are based off of 4 potential home games
• You will be charged in full for the First Round up front at checkout. Subsequent round(s) will be charged automatically to your credit card when the Bucks advance
• Once playoffs conclude, the cost of any games paid for and not played will be applied to your account balance for your seats for the 2019-20 season (If you prefer a refund please contact your Account Service Executive)
• As playoff schedules are confirmed, all guaranteed home games will be continually loaded into your MyBucks Online Account Manager
• All playoff tickets will be delivered digitally

I was stopped at the McKinley intersection with the big screen this morning and noticed that the apartments that are going up are partially blocking the screen. Anyone else notice the same thing?

Agreed, current season ticket holders were only allowed to buy 2 "additional" playoff strips maximum.
Everybody was offered playoff tickets on their full season ticket first though. When I had half season tickets, 1 package got priority on the seat and the other was re-assigned to a similar spot.
My guess is the deadline to accept/decline playoff tickets on your current seat was over, so then it moved to season ticket holders to buy up to 2 extra playoff strips ahead of the general public. I'm not sure if half season (or smaller plans) get a chance to buy extra playoff strips.
Also, soxperry mentioned committing to season tickets next year. I wonder if there was a misunderstanding about playoff priority ahead of general public was a benefit for next year not this year. I haven't seen any promotions to buy season tickets next year to get playoff tickets this year (but I could be off). I know the Brewers did that, but I haven't noticed anything with the Bucks.

It will be interesting what is left over by the time the general public is offered. But I would have to think at least 80% minimum of the 10,000 season ticket seats sold bought playoff tickets, so that is 8,000 seats gone. If another 4,000 were sold in the STH presale, you're talking 12,000 seats total. I'd imagine suites/luxury boxes make up at least 1,000 seats of the 17,000~ capacity. At that point you're talking only about 4,000 tickets available, and that might be on the high end.

I didn't see that promoted on the website, it was brought up in conversation with a Bucks ticket rep in an email exchange. That was one of the points they were trying to sell me on and it was the primary draw for me personally in buying season tickets.
It is what it is, I guess. I'm going to talk to them again tomorrow, hopefully they have my strips.

Re: Fiserv Forum Thread
Hey btw, I was told when buying the season tickets that I wasn't allowed to re-sell more than 1/3 of them. Do they mean through their own marketplace or can they really track them through stubhub as well? That kind of threw me a little. I plan to go to lots of games but probably not 2/3 of them. I'm assuming that I can give some to family and friends and that doesn't count.

I haven’t had a problem where I probably transferred more than a third to the guy next to me.

My understanding is selling through their marketplace would be the only way they would track it --- and it is unclear if they are even enforcing that. Further, I was advised by my rep that transferring your tickets is unlimited. So if you are selling/giving tickets to your family, friends, etc you are fine. And since StubHub is transferring the tickets too, you shouldn't have an issue there either.

Alright, that makes me feel better about it. As much as I love the Bucks and as much as I'm caught up in this right now, I can't imagine going to 20+ games in the regular season.. I work way too much for that lol

Re: Fiserv Forum Thread
So does the Bucks market place charge you an extra fee to sell your tickets through them like Stubhub does? If so, is it at least a little less than what stubhub charges?

Yes, it is 10% I believe which is slightly less than Stubhub again. Stubhub recently increased their fees from 10 to variable fees ranging from 10 to 15% depending on the event.

I feel stuhub is more popular with buyers, where ticketmaster is more popular with sellers (easier to post through account), so I think the fees are washed out with lower ticket prices. I have absolutely zero data on this.

So you're saying Craigslist is the way to go

I 100% agree with your no date information. Stub hub is definitely more popular with buyers you can tend to sell for more $ there but take more of a hit with fees where as Ticketmaster not as many fees but tickets won't sell as much, but easier to list from your account.

Re: Fiserv Forum Thread
I had minimal luck with NBA Ticket Exchange and didn't use it this year with the tracking threat hanging out there. But it is super easy to use which is nice. I do use NFL Ticket Exchange over StubHub for my Packers tickets.
StubHub has the best traffic I feel and overall is pretty easy. My best gripe is higher fees and buyers saying they didn't receive the digital tickets. Happened 3 or 4 times and you have to cancel/resend and then provide screen shot basically b/c the buyer lost your email and/or don't know what they're doing. But this is usually my go-to.
Someone here recommended TickPick and it worked well the one time I used it. Only thing I didn't love is you don't get paid until a few weeks after the event, whereas StubHub is after you ship tickets. Their fee was 10% so that is appealing.
Best case is just finding people and/or facebook marketplaces, but sometimes you're going to run into knobs whining about prices or committing to tickets but then don't follow through, etc. Sometimes the fee (in my opinion) is worth not dealing with people direct.

I used TickPick for the first time to buy some Brewers tickets. Worked well. You still have the option to print Brewers tix too.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.
