Anyone else preorder the giannis book coming out in august? I loathe reading but I will force myself to read every word.
Inadequate perception I reckon it's from the Valium

Will need a huge box of tissues to watch it. Two boxes if they include this championship

No way they can create a better ending than what happened last night. They just need to paste 3 hours of game 6/postgame to the end. Don't overthink this.

Posted a link to an excerpt on the last page. I’ve listened to a few interviews with the author and have been exited for a while, more so after yesterday. Can’t think of a better way to bump her sales.

I knew the book was coming, but I hadn't really cared all that much. After last night and reading that excerpt, I'm sold.

Incredible, Giannis mom was wearing his hat from draft night.

All-Star MVP should obviously be added to the thread title. Was obviously the highlight of Giannis's season imo.

Love the story from the woj Giannis draft pod. GA was about to sign with a Spanish team, and his family was lined up to go, but an agent made the joke “you are going to have so much fun partying in Spain without your mom around!” Giannis ripped the contract in half and started crying. They asked what was the deal.. and he said “If my family don’t go, I don’t go!”

Just a special guy.

We just won a title, and I already can't wait for next season, and it's entirely because of what the Bucks unlocked in Giannis this postseason. Between the screens and fewer perimeter shots, Giannis could have a season unlike anything we've ever seen.

Wait until he polishes up his baby hook, fadeaway and mid-range J. And learns how to counter against a defender overplaying. Then we may be talking about him chasing Tim Duncan.
"Wes, Hill, Ibaka, Allen, Nwora, Brook, Pat, Ingles, Khris are all slow-mo, injury prone ... a sandcastle waiting for playoff wave to get wrecked. A castle with no long-range archers... is destined to fall. That is all I have to say."-- FOTIS

When he made Ayton bite on a pump-faked 3 (Ersan!) and then went straight past him, it's in there...

Followed it up with a drive and pump fake at the basket into an easy layup. That's what we need more of.

The way he played in the playoff should show him that he is dominant in the paint. Everything starts there. His post game is way more developed than I thought (or then I think he ever showed), and it just opened everything up for him. Game just seemed to come so easy for him working inside-out

So what's his best position now?
