Granted Shaq is leaning back. But Yao was the biggest NBA player I ever stood next to. Just massive.

Yao was great for the growth of basketball, great for the NBA, and seems like an all time guy you’d want to have a beer with and joke and hear stories.
My dream booth at the bar would be: Yao, Shaq, Kevin McHale, Barkley, and Jason Williams. Those are the league’s funniest and best story tellers.

Lol at Indy and Boston. It's like Pelton doesn't understand what an Achilles is.

Boston is down Tatum, Jrue, Porzingis, and Horford. I just don't see it.

Wouldn't surprise me if the Celtics use this season as an excuse to punt Mazzulla to the curb. Dude has the most undeserved "good coach" rep since, oddly enough, Doc after the 2008 title. People forget that they were gonna lose that Knicks series whether Tatum got hurt or not (they were already down 3-1).

Very cool that the Spurs who already had Wemby and Castle got to land Harper as well, who looks like an obvious future star.

Funny seeing Jrue in a Portland Jersey with Dame on the bench watching.

I gotta put some money on the over 42.5. If Giannis stays remotely healthy that’s a layup

Hmm, I was told by Pacer fans that Turner is overrated, and Huff will fill in just fine...

TBF, I distinctly recall more than a few "Jay Huff can do everything Brook can and is 10-years younger" type posts around here not too long ago.

wtf is this? https://www.espn.com.au/nba/story/_/id/46554922/simulating-2025-2026-nba-season-predictions-nba-cup-playoffs-finals-champion-draft-lottery
Seems ESPN asked ChatGPT to simulate the NBA season and it spat out a Magic v Warriors finals with Orlando winning 4-1
