Even though the Cavs won more games in the regular season you could argue they had better season last year in 2008.

Reason being is the Cavs took the eventual NBA champion Boston Celtics to the final minute in game 7 and this year they lost in 6 (and got blown out in game 6) to a team that probably won't win the NBA championship and almost lost to the KG-less Boston Celtics and needed 6 games to take out the 6th seeded Sixers.

I don't think ''getting farther'' in the playoffs this year means a whole lot especially when you consider who the Cavs played in the first 2 rounds.Hell our current Milwaukee Bucks if healthy would have had a great chance to play in the ECF if all they had to do was go through the Pistons and Hawks to get there.

'All season, the Cavaliers acted too entitled, too arrogant for a team that’s won nothing.

Sounds like my argumenet against James being the best player in basketball. Claims of greatness ring hollow without championships.

Lebron not acknowledging the Magic on the court after being defeated was just wrong. Even Chauncey Billups twittered that he needed to show more class. James is the same guy that told his mom to "sit your a$$ down" on national tv. The fact that Lebron apparently has no regrets shows that he at this point doesn't get how a champion should conduct himself.

Why continue to pimp the Yankee hats when you know your beloved Cavalier fans are scared to death that you may leave the team? Someone here (midranger I believe) said that it was highly unlikely that Lebron would have a major, legacy threatening meltdown. Maybe not, but there are red flags now.

I notice that Lebron had a Growth removed from his Jaw.

Maybe mouth-decreasing surgery?

We were going to beat the Hawks when the Hawks had homecourt? No.

Lovin the Morrison vs. Reddick matchup. I laughed when I saw it on PTI last night and again in Simmons article today. Where Amazing Happen's, lol, priceless!

Lakers in 6 for the reasons I posted earlier. Unlike the Cavs, the Lakers have a head coach who I believe won't freeze out the inside game and will try to put pressure on Howard in a variety of ways instead of just one. I also believe Odom is the x factor in this series. Not only can he provide a respectable defensive presence on Lewis or Hedo (which the Cavs lacked), but he can put pressure on them offensively as well (which the Cavs also lacked).

The psychological lift the Magic could receive if Nelson returns might be pretty huge so that's definitely something to watch. But I'll take the Lakers in six although I really hope it goes seven.

And depending on who wins, Luke Walton could be too.

It's pretty clear who got the better of that deal. Another awful deal by Hammond. :)

Kudos to Shaq for giving it up. Both Shaq and Kobe pretty much debunked Lefanclub's position that Kobe was simply a "sidekick".

Kobe: "Shaq could not have won 3 rings without me either".

Shaq: "Kobe's right".

A wiseguy on this board said the same thing many pages ago. I guess he knew what he was talking about. 8-)
