I don't know the contract details, in terms of trades, etc., but how much of Plumlee's contract are the Bucks still on the hook for?

BTW the Plumlee brothers, including Miles, played high school ball (Christ School) here in Asheville. Welcome back to WNC!

Another nugget that came out of their thread was that Charlotte had interest in Plums in the offseason. Could be we didn't actually bid against ourselves?

I'm ignorant. What did Hawes do that makes everyone hate him?

You make them offer. Then you then match if it makes sense. "It was all a ruse to get Hawes in 5 months"

raferfenix wrote:Did Woj mean Henson here?

Milwaukee had been motivated to trade one of its two centers on long-term deals – Plumlee or Greg Monroe, league sources said.

He also references Snell's extension...but not sure if that is speculation on his part or if Woj's sources told him we want to resign Snell even if he's expensive:

Milwaukee clears salary cap space in the deal, which, in part, will help in working to re-sign restricted free-agent forward Tony Snell to a contract extension. Snell’s value has increased because of a solid season with the Bucks.

He also mentions Plumlee has 2 years left after this year. Which is also wrong.

Other than those 3 things, solid article.
"This is my home, this is my city...I'm blessed to be a part of the Milwaukee Bucks for the next 5 years. Let's make these years count. The show goes on, let's get it."

The old CBA allowed you to flip a player, but he could be the only player in the package you're sending to another team. No combining him with other players. You could take multiple players in return though.
Wut we've got here is... faaailure... to communakate.

Now to trade Hibbert's expiring deal and our current lotto pick for David Lee and the Spurs pick.

Yes, no one other than Hammond would disagree with that approach. Just speculating it may not have been just a number pulled from out of thin air.

But then you let Plumlee sign that RFA deal and walk because you understand how to properly value your players.

(By the way did CHA have $13mm in cap space in late July when Plums signed? Maybe they did)

They signed Hibbert, Batum, and Sessions and traded for Belinelli on July 7th.

1. Wake up... see tweet and espn notifications on my phone! Rejoice!
2. Go straight to realgm and read the 3 pages on the deal.. get more info... get nervous waiting to see a pick attached.
3. Shower, dress, play with 5 month old baby, drive to work.
4. Find 18 pages on realgm and shat myself thinking we must have given up a pick.
5. Read 18 pages... rejoice!

He lives here and is at their beck and call. I have a feeling we're bringing in some 'good men' though. 1 outgoing good man, 2 incoming good men.
