two weeks ago he had Giannis and Bucks as an afterthought

a year back was laughing when talking about Giannis

he changed his tune 180% (as he does often with his takes) now he was gone full Giannis-stan

And a few weeks before that he predicted the Bucks to win the title lol

Giannis confirmed on the greek interview that he is still hurt and played through the pain. Find a greek sunny beach and rest your body Gianni. Job well done. I hope Jrue and Khris win the Gold medal and return back healthy. This was a such marathon season holy ****.

Sigoura. He didnt have quite the same lift and its understandable. Some of those layups he made were plays he would have dunked on fools.

Guessing many of us have pre-ordered Mirin Fader's upcoming book on Giannis. Give her interview with Amin Elhassan and Tom Haberstroh a listen. It's informative.

I love the "Giannis just isn't fun to watch" crowd.

Well yeah, it is probably not fun to watch because the opposing team fouls him a high % of the time. If they just let him play he would be dunking Shawn Kemp style all over the NBA while making Mutumbo like blocks.

People said the the same **** about Duncan and Shaq not being fun to watch. It’s just jealousy. Same people that say that probably like watching Harden dribble a ball through his legs for 20 seconds before bricking a step back three.

I've never believed the people who say that Giannis isn't fun to watch. He's one of the most prolific dunkers in the league. Every game he plays there's the chance he does something you've never seen before.

The people who say that are just lying.

The people that say this haven't seen Giannis do the most Jordanesque move of all time this post season, and Giannis did it out of necessity not for show.

You know what it's weird, but he did play like a different guy after the injury. He still hit the Nitro Turbo Boost button a few times when he was going for a chasedown or something like that, but generally he was a bit more careful with his body and his moves. Running a bit slower, avoiding going through people and falling down as much as possible. I think it served him well actually, maybe that's what was missing. Like you know how they say "the game slowed down for him", well maybe the trick for him was to physically slow down a little.

Also, I've never seen him do as many pump fakes and getting his defender in the air as much as he did in G6. Giannis never used to pump fake, or fake in general. Like if you watch someone like Jimmy Butler, when he gets the ball and by the time he's done with it, he has faked in 5 different directions. everything is a sequence of fakes with him. I remember watching him and thinking I wish Giannis had that, like screw the FTs, I wish he had just the presence of mind when everybody expects him to go for the dunk to just fake and get everybody in the air. He did that a lot in G6.

Shaq was my favorite player for awhile as a kid. Giannis is more fun to watch than Shaq. It's such a lazy and blatant pr move that I'm still surprised to hear when mentioned. Are they not entertained? These same people compare him to Westbrook, yet Westbrook is electrifying.

I don’t understand how you can’t love guys like Shaq and Giannis dunking on fools, or Timmy hit that sweet bank shot over and over.

If you don’t like watching Giannis play, you don’t like basketball.

Giannis got his own line in the new Kanye album. I feel like i've been dreaming since Tuesday.
