Tomorrow teams with cap space or a TPE can put in a waiver claim for Josh Primo. Any predictions? Will anyone have the balls to whip out a waiver claim and expose themselves to ridicule?

My guess is no. The most unscrupulous team, the Nets, don't have a large enough TPE.

Suns maybe? Trying to think of teams with a pos running the team and that's the only one that really pops into my head.

That team is not good and I think we'll see it this year. It's Luka and a bunch of bench or slot-in role players; not even a third guy on a good team, aside from maybe Dinwiddie when he's playing well (and he's all over the place). The only good guys they have are on the wrong side of their primes. And they'll be disillusioned with Wood by end of the season just like the first seven teams he was on.

They've built around him really poorly. They won too fast.

It’s laughable they thought they could replace someone of Brunson’s quality with Christian Wood. They’re really missing the second point of attack Brunson offered.

And Brunson wanted to be there, too. They screwed that up so badly.

I thought Dallas wanted him back but then the Knicks hired his dad and it was a done deal

There are a couple different narratives, but it seems like the likely order of events - which Jalen seems to support IIRC - is this:

Jalen wanted a contract matching DFS before last season began (which is hilarious now in retrospect - he got literally twice as much) and Dallas wouldn't give it to him then, or in January. His name was in trade convos during the deadline and he felt spurned. He decided he wanted to leave at that point, and NYK hired his dad to help lure him there.

He was on one of those podcasts over the offseason talking about it, don't recall which one. It's possible this is BS, too.

This Laker Nugget game is perfect. Either we get to make fun of the Lakers for being 0-6 or we get to **** on the Nuggets for losing to an 0-5 Laker team.

Need Lakers to brighten my night. Being up 12 with 5 left off of really good games by AD and RWB only to have RWB do some stupid **** at the end will redeem some of my night.

I'd need to know more before I made my decision. I get that multiple people saw his junk, but was he just walking to the shower/sauna/whatever, or was he full Lester the Molester?
