I still love his potential to become pre-injury Brandon Roy.

If you could guarantee me he turned into a Roy with no injuries, I'd deal Yanni's and Parker for him. That guy would have ended up as one of the 5 best SG's of all time.

Stauskas couldn't touch Roy's ceiling if you shot him out of a cannon straight into the air.

I'm not sure if you've been reading these forums... but maybe you missed the part where Giannis' floor is a 7'0" Brandon Roy... and his upside is 7'0" Scottie Pippen with laser beam eyes and robot arms. ;)

I'd really like to look into acquiring Greg Stiemsma from Toronto. Think he'd give this team a huge boost.

Not a big fan of Greg, but I am a fan of making a small move focused on filling in needs on the roster. We do certainly need someone like Greg who plays with high energy and boxes out, but why trade for that guy when we could make a 2 for 1 deal for a SG/SF with floor spacing, and just sign someone like Jeff Adrien?

I would honestly be looking into Chase Budinger, something like Dudley and Henson for Budinger, and then Dudley gets sent to a 3rd contending team.

Bring the Steamer home... sign Brian Butch.. Draft Sam Dekker and Frank the Tank.

Front court + 1 of the future.
Khris Middleton - Beating up on Trash Can Teams since 1943. Invisible Man status otherwise.

Brandon Roy would have been a top 50 NBA player ever?

I'd honestly rather have Dudley than Budinger let alone throwing Henson into the deal.....Dudley makes 750k less a season and they both pretty much suck imo. Budinger is shooting 42.9% on 3s yet his TS% is only 45%

Yes. He made All NBA 2nd team at 24. That guy was a stud.

Have had an easy schedule so far and played a bunch of beat up teams but 9 wins so far /16 games vs 15 wins last year. Long ways to go before the trade deadline and we will see how we are doing then but really intrigued to see what we do. Are we going to keep these vets (and Knight) and make a run at the 7th or 8th seed or will we trade them away for picks or young players. This team already showed when everyone's on they can compete but problem is they can't stay consistent more than 1 or 2 games in a row. We are full of streaky shooters. Again, it's early but wonder if they could make a series out of the first round? Kind of like to see what they got but a bigger part says start building for the future. Throw in the future 1st from LA, whatever we would get for Knight (hopefully at least late 1st), maybe 2nd for Ilyasova+another player... I'm intrigued by Inglis as well.

I'd at least get feelers out there for Knight, Ilyasova, Pachulia, Mayo, Henson, etc. See what teams are offering but don't have to trade now. I don't see anyone as untouchable minus Giannis and Jabari... maybe Sanders. I wouldn't trade Inglis yet either not that anyone would want to trade for him with him in a boot.

I don't think I could stomach watching Hansbrough flail around for the team I love. I'd do Wolters & Ersan for Stiemsma & either Chuck Hayes or Landry Fields expiring.

Not a option Ersan is negative value and you need to take money back and Wolters is useless for us.

forgot who mentioned Motiejunas, but I think he'd be a great backup C. Watching a replay of the Kings/Rockets game and man can he pass for a big guy. Had a few highlight reel passes in one quarter.

Doubt they'd do Ersan for him straight up but I'd be willing to part with any combo of Marshall, Wolters, and maybe even Middleton if they tacked on a pick.

Motie can't defend for ****, can't see him ever being more than a Gooden type novelty at C.

Idk. Haven't seen him in many games, but as far as I can see from his stats he has too few apg (2.1). And he plays in a winning team. :-?

I prefer Knight.. :o

I'm a bucks fan and I don't think ersan has positive trade value. He's paid like a starter and averages 9 and 3.7. We call him a stretch 4 but he's shooting 30% from 3 and hasn't shot over 40% from 3 in years.

At best I would say he has neutral trade value meaning maybe someone would take him for an expiring or a trade exemption. But heck I'm not even sure about that.
