Most expensive item I’ve sold so far was a tarantula for 8,000 bells.

Coelacanth for 15,000. Fishing is fun.

I seem to be catching the same fish over and over again, although I’ve really only been able to play AC in the evenings.

I think I’ve read that to catch the more rare fish, you need to sprinkle fish bait. Did you do that to catch your fish? I’ve been digging up clams but don’t have a recipe to make fish bait yet.

Finally found my groove in Nioh 2. Just about to the end of the second region. Feel like I've got a solid build (Ninjitsu) and gear. This game rules.

Apparently Nintendo will be remastering several Mario games in support of the 35th anniversary, and releasing a new Paper Mario game, as well. Rumors at this point, but have seen that Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy are all to be remastered.

I love Mario and never played Sunshine or Galaxy, nor Paper Mario for that matter, so I'm very interested to see this get confirmed.

Just started Control. I generally enjoy Remedy's schtick, and this game has a lot to love (the X-Files vibe is wonderful), but it's fallen apart a couple of time on my original PS4. Brutal frame lose and pop-in issues during a couple of big fights.

I'll be honest, the last Mario game I enjoyed was Super Mario World. That said, the New Super Mario Bros series has always looked interesting to me. I've really hated the 3D installments.

Man, Mario Odyssey was maybe my GOAT Mario. I had an utter blast with that game. I can't wait for another installment, really hoping that one gets announces as part of this.

It'll just take the right Mario game for it to click for me. I never liked the 3D Zelda games at all, then I really got into BOTW and I couldn't imagine Zelda in any other way.

Persona 5R is out and if you're not playing it you are flat out wrong.

That's what I got for one last night. I find the little buggers hard to catch though.

I don't get people saying it's hard to hit in MLB The Show. I hadn't played it in a few years, have the difficulty on Hall of Fame and managed to hit two homers today with Brandon Woodruff. Now I know he's basically Barry Bonds and neither were hit that great (one had an exit velo of 97 and the other was 99) but these people having trouble hitting must be awful at this game.

Fish bait definitely helps. One clam can be crafted for one bait, and I think you automatically get the recipe after you dig up your first clam. Specific rare fish are in certain areas (ocean, river, cliff river, waterfall source, pond, etc...) and have different shadows to signify them (I believe there are eight variants total).

This resource from Polygon should help:

Playing Madden 20 on PS4. All people do is run the same 2-3 plays, if you stop them they quit. I finally was like fine, whatever I will deal with it. Well now there is a disconnect glitch where if they are losing they can quit and you don't even get the win. What kind of BS is this?

I'm taking note of these players and will figure out how to do this and get them back. This is just pathetic, run around in circles with Lamar or Mahomes and if you stop them they quit....if you can't they're talking sh**. Like man that's not skill, that's using a mobile QB and glitching the game.

The worst is they run around and then throw bombs to the WR who is offscreen, they have no clue if he is open or covered and he somehow comes out of no where uncovered for a big play on 3rd or 4th and long.

Good to see that after 15 years of online capability that Madden still hasn't fixed this. Seriously, this was the exact same problem when I played Madden 08 back on the Xbox 360. This is why licensed monopolies are terrible for the video game industry.

Also, Nintendo Switches are still completely out of stock everywhere I look. Only ones I see are on eBay and going for $600. Anybody seeing anything different? **** capitalism.
