Lobster, like scallops and shrimp, is easy to make but you have to be careful how long you grill/boil/broil or it turns to rubber quickly.

He's going to do radio PBP for Tulane football, basketball and baseball. First game is a football game against Oklahoma. Tulane isn't a huge powerhouse school or anything but getting all three of those jobs at his age is pretty impressive to me at least.
