My folks got a sweet one that vacs and mops the hard floors. Ill get the model when I am over there tomorrow. I know its not super expensive though.

Awesome. Thank you, I appreciate it. Little ashamed now that I didn't vacuum quite as much as I apparently needed to at my old place. Hard, dark floors make my little shedding monster's messes stand out quite a bit more.

Consumer Reports best value is the iRobot Roomba Combo i5 (around $200). They have a Roborock and Dyson a couple of points higher but those cost several hundred more.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I bought a really nice iRobot. Then I realized I have young kids and there’s always crap on the floor.

Yeah kids might make it not as ideal.

Yes I had one and then I had to clean to use the robot to clean for me which kind of defeats the entire purpose so we ended up never using it. If you don't have kids and dogs that leave stuff all over the place I think they'd be nice though. I had a friend that lived with two beagles and they loved it because it got all the hair off the floor and under the furniture.

I know Dyson's the gold standard, but two of them have gone to **** on me and I wasn't overly impressed to begin with. I bought a regular ass vacuum with a cord from Costco last year for a third of the price and it's been great. But I figured since I'm not living in a place with carpets anymore I might as well take advantage. Given Costco's return policy I might be able to pick one up cheap.

Most Dyson's get poor ratings from CR. Once in awhile one will receive a decent rating but never a recommendation due to price.

Other than a stick vac for small occasional cleaning, I’m never buying a bagless vacuum again.

I've been interviewing for new jobs recently and even had a few offers I turned down. Nothing really made me too nervous or anything, I actually interview incredibly well. But today I have an interview for a $500m company for a director level role that would be a game changer for not only my career but my life. I'm nervous AF. Wish me luck boys.

Q: Why should we hire you?

A: Because you're hiring?

You will get the job on the spot.

I haven't got into a fight since Jr. High, but if I ever have another, I will add a sound effect to each punch. My foe will be vulnerable, as they will either be extremely confused or laughing too hard.

Taylor Serrano II was maybe the best match I've ever seen. This has not been close.

I guess the odds of 3 straight good fights were pretty high.
