If you want to be traded, that's fine, but don't kill all the trade leverage the Jazz have by going public with it. Just a stupid, rash decision. Maybe it puts more pressure on the Jazz to trade him, but we're going to get low balled from now on.

Like I said before, Kanter is a great prospect, but he's not a good basketball player. He plays only to get points and rebounds. He'll can drop 20 and 10 on any given night, but he's not a winning player. He's a very nice person off of the floor but he's just not mature on the court.

Damn. Sounds like problems Kidd can work with though, he's turned out to be a pretty damn good developmental coach and motivator. Don't know if this goes down but I'd be intrigued to say the least.

Yeah, Enes is a great guy, but he wants to play minutes. He feels ripped off by Ty Corbin for being benched last season in favor of Marvin Williams. Now he has Gobert creeping over his shoulder in his contract year. I would say that Quin could do the same, but it's just better that they part ways now.

Kanter for Ersan, Clippers 1st for is a no brainer...If he takes the QO you risked the clippers 1st which can't be lotto to clear a year of Ersan.

Best case, you get him in here, Kidd and staff make a determination if he can be part of the "core", and you lock him up. So you add a 22 year old big man to grow with your core.

I'd make that deal all day. Double bonus for all the Anti-Knightites, it may force the decision then between Knight or Middleton.

Kanter is young enough for me to want to take a chance. It might be a bit rough on the Jazz but he looks like a good candidate to get on the cheap now he's declared he wants out.
Put me down for Ersan/Clips 1st. Just say we did get the pretty much consensus draft dream in Tyus Jones.

Jones
Middleton
Parker
Giannis

Offseason idea: Trade Parker and 1st rounder for either Towns or Russell. Parker's real good, but I don't think he's special. Towns and Russell each have a good chance to be special.

I hope we end up with Kanter and Stauskus somehow. I'll be very happy with that

Looking at WT,

Suns - too many guards need scoring and rebounding big man
Jazz - unhappy big man that scores and rebounds

Kanter/Burke for Ennis/Plumlee/Green??

Unless Stauskas can play some point I really don't know where he fits on this team. He looked awful last night.

Monroe did get underrated, and I like him, but I'm not sure you can win big having 2 questionable defenders up front (Parker and Monroe).

I'd probably do that Hibbert trade.

I'd take Stauskas if all we are giving up is Ersan. I'd possibly be ok with including the Clippers 1st round pick but I'd try to get it done without it.

I don't want Kanter unless we get him for next to nothing. He is getting 27mpg and demanding a trade. He wouldn't be getting many more minutes than that here. We spread out minutes and he doesn't bring enough on the defensive end to make an exception for him.

Keep Kanter away from this team, he's delusional if he thinks he's a star.

Monroe? He is a unrestricted Free Agent next year and soft. He is expecting 15 million+ next season. Drummond far better choice. Athlete who likes to rebound.

Hibbert is just plain awful my freind. Just what we need grrrr. He also not sure at times if he wants to play basketball. We already have one headcase to get rid of don't add another.
