Maybe we're going to trade him for CP3 now if our depth steps up and we don't miss a beat...

Eh ok, he probably needs a rest anyway after playing for Team USA.
No drama, we have players. Next man up.

Not good if that is a bone bruise, but obviously that should fully heal in plenty of time. This should be interesting to see who and how his minutes and usage are distributed. Have to think Sterling Brown playing for his next contract is secretly very excited about the opportunity coming his way, and I don't mean that in a nefarious or sinister way, more like silver linings.

It will be great board fodder if the Bucks don't miss a beat.

My hot take is they'll definitely miss him. But it won't be $178 million player of missing. Something lesser.

Also think Suki will get him healed up sooner, rather than later.

This team has proven it can win without basically anyone outside of Giannis. Happened last year without Brogdon (and for the most part this year too) and it’s gonna happen with Khris now I bet. Just need Sterling and Donte to capitalize here.

Easy schedule for the next 3-1/2 weeks, looking forward to seeing the young guys strut, plus I have Giannis & BroLo on my fantasy squad. It's all good.

Near a month for a bruise? Even Hayward could take nearly the same time and he broke his hand.
I expect our offense to take a hit but also our defense to pick it up a bit.
If Giannis and Bledsoe continue to play like that and with the schedule becoming easier and easier I think we will do well until Khris comes back.

Donte and Brown this is your chance.

We’re obviously a better team with Middleton than without. Hopefully he heals/rests back to full capacity. It is nice that we can stem the tide with NBA players instead of Deandre Ligggins and Rashad Vaughn types, much as some people like to mock caring about roster spots. Great opportunity for the wings.

When Microsoft says "this might take several minutes" it means anything from 2 seconds to never.

That's all I have for the US English use of the word "several"

So you don't think Thanasis gets minutes?

Think he’ll suit up for the Herd on Wednesday.

3-4 weeks for a bruise on the leg he had surgery on just 36 months ago. I'm fine with taking his rehab slow, why risk it?

Like PP said, not $175m worth, but we'll miss Middleton. He pisses us all off pretty frequently with his inconsistency and lackadaisical approach, but we also tend to take his skillset for granted. There's a reason he's remained such an impactful player over the years in terms of on/off-type stats even during his brutal stretches. There's no one else on this team you really have to respect as a half-court or mismatch threat while also being able to space the floor.

I wanted Sterling to start getting more minutes but not like this.
