Giannis, Lebron, Harden, Playoff Kawhi is better than Luka atm but Luka is having the best regular season so far besides Giannis

Wouldn't say Luka has insane efficiency (A few days ago Giannis had a higher 3%) but he's definitely got the numbers. If Giannis wasn't on another tier of otherworldly, he'd be there for the mvp convo if they could pull off 45-50 wins.

63% TS%, 48% assist to 16% turnover percentage.

Literally about the definition of insane efficiency.

If we fail Giannis and he leaves I hope it’s to Dallas. Watching him with Luka and Kristaps would be painful but man oh man that would be a dynasty.

Do you think Luka could claim that title in the next 2-4 years?
Do you think Giannis starts regressing in his mid 20's?

Lol. No. More like, the 20-year old who is already destroying the league may find another level as he matures.

Klay Thompson scored 37 points in a quarter and nobody anointed him to a top 5 player.

Damn good player but top 5 is just a different level

No, not apt. Blowing up in a quarter is just a highlight to their skill setts.

Klay is limited. Great at what he does, but limited... Luca is not limited.

All in all, I think it's too early to call Luca a top 5 player... But, I think he's a top 3 talent.

We do an NBA redraft tomorrow. Giannis, Luca and Leonard are the first three picks. I'd pick them in that order, but Luca would be the 1st pick for a lot of teams.

Luka's shot selection is terrible as is his defense. I don't think he'll ever be on Giannis' level.

Luka has better stats than peak Lebron at age 20, he's already close to Giannis' level

Yeah, if I'm starting a franchise from scratch then Giannis and Luka are probably in a tier by themselves. That's a different conversation than who's a Top-5 player now though.

<Screamin' A voice>
TODAAAAY, he's in the same tier as Dong Kitsch, KAT, and Lillard. In some sort of keeper scenario, I clearly take Embiid, Hardon, Giannis, AD, and Coweye over him. Which is great for Luka. He's probably going to get substantially better! But maybe he won't.

Vooch gonna miss at least a month. Hambone's 8th-seed aspirations take a deadly blow.

They have the right personnel to go small. This could work out if they play their cards right.

I love Vuc but yea, the alternative where Orlando plays better w/o him is a real possibility. I hope Bamba gets more burn here.

The defensive play to give the Celtics the ball down 3 was incredible. Very few in the league can do what he consistently does.

Go small? Hammond is planning to call Memphis about Valanciunas as we speak.

Vucevic basically was Orlando's offense, and even with him they ranked 24th. It's gonna be rough.

Maybe that's the problem, he's been subpar this year. Being forced to try something new could be beneficial for that reason alone. They're also more intriguing to watch now.

Portland is a complete disaster. They need to just blow it up and trade us Lillard. If they had a real chance it was last year. Its over. They can give the western conference elite a big FU. Trade him to us for a brinks truck worth of picks and whatever else they want. Lillard and Giannis is exactly what we need. Its exactly what the league needs.
