Don't overrate how he shot. It's not what the G League Ignite works on. He'll be a good shooter.

I loved the way him and Daniels defended, rebounded, and competed when I saw him play live.

I like the pick, older prospect but it seems like there is a bit of potential there with his athleticism and body, along with some setbacks etc he has had along the way. The jumpshot is a concern, but maybe they can fix that over the next few years and get him to be a reliable spot up shooter.

6'6 with a 7 foot wingspan is nice. Hopefully his offense can come around and he turns into a 3&D wing the entire league loves.

I don’t get this one.

In that regard, very much a Horst pick.

Playing next to Giannis is going to significantly increase the odds of him maximizing his potential. Giannis represents the other side of his journey, post hard work. He'll be seeing that every single day in Milwaukee.

I don't think his shooting is as bad as advertised. He shot the ball well in college (I know the talent level was weak) and only played in 12 g league games so small sample size. If he can be average from deep, that's a big win.

I will say this... I wanted someone to help us right now in our window with Khris and Jrue. I was ready to trade for a vet. But if we're using the pick, and we can't get immediate output, I may be able to convince myself that swinging in the complete opposite direction for a project who may need 3-4 years - totally out of the Khris and Jrue window - is an okay move. If he turns out, he can then step in once Khris and Jrue are done to be the next guy to work with Giannis.

I dunno. It's still not my preferred strategy at all, to say nothing of Beauchamp as a player (or person). I'm trying to get aa little hyped about it.

I don't get why you take Beauchamp over a guy like Moore.

Anytime you can draft a guy who can score 50 in an NBA game.. you gotta do it!

My opinion is that all this **** outside of the top 2 or 3 guys is totally random so hopefully this dice roll lands in our favor.

There aren’t any legitimate shooters left this late unless they’re horrible defenders or don’t have much upside.

Kid looks like a legit very good athlete, competes, can defend and moves well without the ball.
