Pop and Carlisle out-coaching Griff so badly is a tad concerning. Doesn’t bode well for a playoff matchup against Nurse or Spo!

It almost was like I don't care if we leave a guy open for 3, just please God don't put us on espn the next 5 days because wemby hit a big three at the buzzer.

If nearly every player is being questioned for effort and everyone looks disorganized, there's clearly something more going on.

Grief has them playing aggressive which requires extreme athleticism and great communication. They have neither.

Sure in transition there's some effort stuff, but let's not confuse confusion and constant breakdowns on E&E.

Edit: they're also pressuring nearly all players on and off ball and not even attempting to be selective outside of obvious ones like Giannis on Sochan. No precision.

Dame and Giannis with 69 points on 48 shots and we were a wide open three away from OT. Like at some point this team needs to make major changes with the coach/scheme/personnel and get better defensively or they're not going anywhere this season.

Giannis did say in the post game interview “we knew Khris was only going to play the first half”, so presumably just the plan for his first b2b.

Chuck calling out the lack of a base defensive identity.

But do we lose if Midds matches those minutes?

Dame isnt dame in the 4th if Middleton is dribbling off his foot.

Spurs missed two wide, wide open corner threes. Giannis hits two threes.

That’s one of those outlier losses for the Spurs.

Can we trade Griff for Pop. We're trying to win games, the Spurs are trying to tank. It's a trade that helps both teams.

The only positive thing with coach Grief is that he will play Giannis and Dame 40 minutes in the playofs

You’d think, but his coaching is so bizarre that I could see him play them 40 minutes against the spurs in January only to load manage their minutes in the playoffs
