You don’t want to overreact after 3 games but we really do look like who the sceptics thought we were: old, slow and long past our best years.

They took 17 more shots than us. We’re don’t look like we can keep up with the younger more athletic teams.

And for people pining for Jrue and Bud, this show would look different with them here but have the same outcome.

The NBA is a young man’s league more and more. There’s a reason you’re seeing Boston, OKC, Wolves etc rising to the top.

We’re increasingly Woody in a sea of Buzz Lightyears :(

Doc said the offense was on him, and he has to go figure it out

Novak was saying that Dame is the pg and he needs to be the quarterback and distribute the ball

The defense and rebounding doesn’t have a fix because it’s based at least somewhat on speed, athleticism, etc and we cannot fix that issue with our roster or realistic trade assets.

The offense is far more infuriating, and I’m sorry, right now I put way more blame on GA. Does he want to play as an elite off ball roll man, getting open paths to the lane for dunks playing off Dame, or does he want to be “the guy” and consistently try and bulldoze through 2-3 defenders in isolation?

This still can be an elite O with Midds. It comes to GA vocally and physically showing he’s willing to change how he played prior to the Dame arrival. If he isn’t, then just trade everyone now.

I'm not going to overreact over a couple games but really the only thing you could really do is pull the plug on the Dame experiment, Doc Rivers is here to stay and there isn't anybody to replace him with anyways.

If Giannis was Lebron Novak would be moved on by tomorrow for saying this

Giannis was getting married to the love of his life he simply had no time.

It's a myth that if they had hung out together over the summer it would have made a difference.

Giannis got married and played in the Olympics. Two extremely important things for him. Dame spent the summer with his kids and family. Extremely important to him.

They, and most of the team, were in town 2 weeks before camp started. Then they had a month of camp with a full coaching staff.

So we can stop with the "they didn't get together in the summer" nonsense.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Someone who has never watched basketball before would realize they aren't right so the fact that the coach knows that is obvious lol

Yes, Doc did make the right comments.

An example: What more can anyone ask from Giannis? It is the others who need to….

I think they’ll get it together, but this is one hell of a wet blanket to start the year.

Oh I was being 100% sarcastic with my post. I think it's kinda getting proven they needed to spend some time together to sort their **** out. Training camp wasn't enough

True, and maybe I’m wrong, but I feel like other coaches wouldn’t be so forth right, at least he’s willing to admit it. I feel like we’ve been gaslighted for years lol

Maybe we should start our B team tomorrow. That way we won’t feel bad getting blown out by the Celtics.

Remember watching the Bucks pre-Giannis? Feels like those times are right around the corner for us, fellas.
