How did last year offense generate so many 3s to start the season under Griffin? Why is Giannis waiting on Lillard so much out top instead of swinging the ball to the other side? The offense needs a major overall haul. Giannis is a major part of the problem. He needs to go into each game passing first. He can get his points anytime without being set up but Trent and Prince need shots.

Giannis was the only guy smart enough to feed Brook in the post.

One slot down the chart? I'm not sure if Middleton is enough to lock the entire team into place, but it's possible.

Wright has barely played. Prince has been completely cooked in half the games. He's always been an awful player.

We all got a huge reminder tonight of why Bobby was essentially benched in the 2022 playoff series, and why Doc actually has a deserved moniker (unlike a previous coach) of being an inflexible coach who "doesn't make adjustments".

I'd feel better about this effort if we didn't just lose to the Bulls and Nets. Sad.

On the Bobby thing, I just can’t go there. The guy has been a massive bargain on the contracts he had. He’s an great instant offense guy off the bench, who can be a minutes eater if there is an injury. He’s worth every penny we pay him. As you said, it’s just up to the coach to find the right spots for him, and for the GM to acquire an athletic defensive big who we can situationally sub-in.

Prince gets burned on perimeter by almost everyone guys go right around him, don't really see much use for a guy like that is.

I hope I'm wrong but this team feels like it's on the very edge of being done. No quick fixes, no young players coming up to spark something and what might be most critical at this very moment is the best player's playing style isn't helping things or bailing us out.

This is where I’m at. We are who we are at this point. Lillard and the coaching changes were the big move left in the tank and its not working. We’re stuck riding it out or have to decide if its time to cash out on Lillard.

After tonight’s game, we might be able to get 75 cents on the dollar we paid. We need to make some calls and get creative.

The creative move is to trade Giannis for an absolute monster return of prospects, picks, and win now pieces that lets you rebuild on the fly before he either gets hurt, or everyone else figures out that Giannis is not who Giannis used to be. 2022-present Giannis is "eff you I'm gonna get mine", a tunnel visioning, uber efficient volume scorer who plays with no regard for situation and is mediocre on defense. This forum would have lambasted players like him for being considered MVP caliber. And they'd have been right.

How the eff are you supposed to build a contender around current Giannis with what he does and does not do? What's the dream lineup that works under the salary cap if you could drop any 5 guys into a lineup?

One thing thats jumped out about him to me, is I don’t want him making decisions with the ball. It’s a disaster almost every time. He just needs to play D and hit the three

I think he's got a pretty tough gig atm adjusting to how Giannis wants to do things. Think he'd be better if we let him handle the ball more instead of standing in a corner.

There's plenty of 30 year old journey men who make impacts in spots, I'm saying I don't think Delon at backup point guard is utilizing any of his skills. He's currently the point guard in Giannis/Bobby/Pat lineups, pretty trash roll out to begin with that is exacerbated by not having a point guard to settle things down when they get too idiot Bobby/Giannis heavy.

Gianni’s has made 639,000 per game played over the same period of time. Khris being unavailable is a major problem no matter how friendly his deal was. He makes damn near $150,000 more than Gianni’s per game actually played the past 2 plus years
