No movement, no easy buckets.

Firing Bud was incredibly stupid. Face that fact.
Also it was very cruel to fire him when his brother had just died. I hated the whole action by the Bucks.
We absolutely have to fire Doc and now! Play with Prunty till we find a good replacement in as little a time as possible.
WTF is he supposed to do on O your real gmers are so damn smart you have 3 dudes starting who dont score 2 guys off the bench that are meh on O wirh green n portis.
Since you all know so much more than doc please tell me what the fu.. can ge do on O its 2 on 5 every night
You're the last person who should be talking **** about others' intelligence...you with your illegible posts and all.

Pretty clear they needed Bud to spoon feed the low iq roster (I did not watch lol).

Maybe if his name was Denise instead of Dennis.

He's 2-7. Apparently he doesn't know what he's doing either

Bud had a big hand in putting together the low IQ roster.

Number 1 overall record in 2022-23 then Giannis gets injured and basically misses 3 games in the first playoff series, in which he misses 13 free throws in the close-out game losing by 2, all while the coach deals with a devastating family tragedy.
And our solution to fix this is to fire the coach.

The peak of this current iteration of the Bucks - Giannis/Dame + scrub veterans and a couple promising young dudes - is basically what you saw from the Lakers in the West for the years since their title run - fighting for a play-in seed. Without Khris, this team can't do it.
Horst needs to find a way to turn Brook, Bobby, and Pat into players who don't suck.

The Bucks went to **** when they fired Bud, and that's on Giannis. Full stop, end of story. He isn't the first or hundredth coach killer, and he won't be the last. But when you become the biggest part of the organization and you throw your weight around, you get the blame when it flops.

Firing Bud wasn't unjustifiable. But choosing Griff over Nurse/Atkinson was. Giannis claims that he wants to be coached, but he didn't want the Bucks to hire someone to coach him. He wanted the Bucks to hire someone who'd let him do whatever the **** he wants.

Won't happen. If there was a deal out there it would have happened by now. Dame and Giannis are the only two players with actual trade value.

Doc sucks but at least he’s realized that the young guys need to play.
Delon, yikes

Letting Brook get consistently cooked for an entire half while being 30 feet from the rim taking away his only strength was quite a decision by Doc

Perhaps if we attach '31. *shudders*

Re: PG Knicks - Unserious
I think I speak for most fire Bud folks when I say:
A) Had I known we would be trading for Dame, I would have kept him around.
B) Had I known we would hire Adrian Griffin and then Doc Rivers, I definitely would have kept him around.
Any well run organization would have hired Nurse (admittedly not looking so great now, but I'm not the GM), Atkinson or Fernandez. Bud's voice was stale, but we still needed the same micro manager archetype of head coach. Giannis needs it but he also despises it. Shame on him for that, and shame on management for caving in to his desires.

Re: PG Knicks - Unserious
Time to tear this down. This version of Giannis is selfish on the court and doesn’t even attempt defense anymore. He’s becoming an empty calories box score filler. I can’t believe I’m even saying that. He’s changed since winning the finals.

The thing is, there are great coaches out there waiting for their chance, but you know that we have a front office incapable of uncovering them.

Re: PG Knicks - Unserious
This should be a fireable offense by itself. Most posters who analyzed pre-game could figure it out. They're paid 0 not $40m.
This is independent if there's a personnel problem. Horst should go too. But this change is obvious. I'm in the rooting for l's phase.
