PG Bulls- Ugly Loss

So you guys didn't watch how the Bulls defended? Blitz then face guard? It allowed one on one play with no help for others. Mids missed, and he should have made those. We could use another quick guy that can attack off the bounce to take advantage of that defense.

What good does it do if Mids isn't willing to give up the ball?

Why would you want one of the clutchest players in the league giving up the ball to Rollins?

So you think he is going to give it up to Cam?

We had White trapped under the basket with Middleton, Bobby, and Dame right there. None of them really pressured him at all and he got the ball out easily to Giddey who hit a three. Feel like a better defence makes something happen there.

Middleton's turnover was awful and he should've made a couple more shots as well. He was fine and we have much bigger issues elsewhere.

I really liked Rollins play in the fourth. Green was giving up penetration all game and his shooting remains pretty hit or miss. Andre ugh.

I agree with everything you said here, but I think you left out Prince. Having him as the backup big the last 2 games has been killer.

OKC didn't blitz him at the end, that game was a blowout. The benches were in. Miami didn't blitz either.

Miami sure as hell blitzed him and OKC doubled him most of the game.

Prince has been pretty much worthless. Not sure who has told him to dribble and try to penetrate but he is... not good at it.

We are so desperate for playmakers we let anyone do it. Coaches should know players limitations by now and change things up.

This comes down to the crappy performance from the role players (which Khris isn't) on both ends.

- Bobby: 5-17, misses 2 of the best 3 pt looks you'll see down the stretch, getting rebounds knocked away by guards
- Trent: 3-8, 2 TO's, ill-advised decision to be a pg, getting blown by
- Green: 5 pts in 24 mins, couldn't cover Coby White
- Brook: 9-22, couldn't guard Vuc on the perimeter or rim protect
- Ajax: 0-3, passing out of open shots
- Prince: 3-8, 0-3 from 3, ill-advised drives/shots, allowed dribble penetration

It was really only Rollins that was decent. And Doc had lineups of exclusively these guys.

Still went down to the wire against a respectable team on the road. But a Middleton w/ a rolled ankle & Dame not in game shape must be cooked.

It’s a tight loss against the Bulls. A lot of posters need to touch grass. There have been plenty of losses to freak out over, this is NOT one of them

Ajax is killing me at the moment. He is a deer caught in the headlights if he is fed the ball anywhere inside the arc, and always feeds back out. Never looks to take a shot no matter how open. He is one of our worst players on a fast break. He has no idea how to finish and finds new ways to stuff it up each game. His man defense is fantastic and he has real athleticism, but he has some big shortcomings on the offensive end that hurt.

We cant finish games because we go into this iso bullsh¿t and stop moving the ball. Mids was fine for the most part but we still lost because he couldn't get the job done. Mids is god on this forum.

Kicking it out to wide open 3 point shooters should be a good thing. Less good on a shooting night like tonight's.
