Dame’s effort level, desperation level to try and win has been absolutely nothing by comparison. That is a huge problem compounded of course by his inability to make shots game after game with any degree of shooting accuracy.

Khris’ case is different from that of Dame. He has been trying hard to make shots, create openings for himself and trying to make the passes thar he used to make with ease in the past. But he is failing in all these. That has made him play with desperation in some games which has led to turnovers.

Giannis is trying over hard trying to compensate for the failures offensively of both Khris and Dame.
But this is not working enough to win against most teams.

That is the essence of our offense problems

Defense problems are many but that is a separate discussion.

giannis has two ways he plays hard.

one of those ways is head down trying to score kind of selfishly. he wears himself out cannonballing a set defense and doesnt do much else well when hes in that gear. our team is frustrating to watch and loses alot. we can play down to anybody when he plays that way.

the other way is he tries to do everything besides score every time he has the ball. that includes passing early and letting other guys find him. defense is better. be patient and letting sets develop. get other guys going early or when the ball stops moving becomes the leader hes supposed to be in that regard with the usage he controls. those are the games he puts up monster numbers across the sheet and the scoring comes easy eventually. we won a title when he plays that way.

giannis needs to play the 2nd way at all times whether his teammates are hitting shots or not.

The Bucks have arguably the best player in the league and an all-time great who just turned 30 and is in the prime of his career. A top 3 MVP candidate this season.

And yet, this is one of the most annoying and unwatchable Bucks teams in the 35 years I have followed this team.

Pat can't defend anyone anymore. We need Pat when we're short on ball handling and playmaking. Tonight we're down a defender.

Dame running the point and stretching the defense, Giannis can still get his with put backs and maybe help out on the offensive glass more.. Giannis should be able to alter shots with his length, get more blocks while increasing our steal totals. Play Bobby/ Ajax at the 4. Turn Kris into Kyle Korver, put Green on the opposite corner of Kris... Shoot your 50 threes like Boston. Do it til it works. You surrounded Giannis with 4 shooters. Let Bobby and Giannis clean the glass.

When Brook is at center, get him involved. Run plays for Brook. He can at least hit free throws if and when he gets fouled. Ginnis can do his point Giannis when Dame is out.

This will always be a problem. I had a major knee repair at a very young age The soreness never went away. I still played. Sit him all you want. If its that bad he will hurt himself anyways. If its that bad then retire already.

Was told that if the preseason was a playoff game he’d play…..and then he missed 2 months. The guy is done. Hes not very good anymore anyways

If Midds is actually being held out for a trade i think i may cry tears of joy. Of course this is just my overly wishful thinking.

When healthy he can be pretty good but. Some of us did here not want to resign him only because we feared the injury factor. The dudes health was not worth 30 million a year but here we sit.

Having another minimum salary scrub on the roster doesn't do much for me

As in Doc wants him to come off the bench and Mids needs time to process it.
