For those who said in the first quarter that the Bucks were not trying, they were giving up, they were soft and using travel as an excuse (although no players said anything like that, only "fans")

Dame and Khris seem to have a budding friendship. Dame and Giannis seem to have gotten closer to cracking the two-man code. Get the best, longest athlete you can for Bobby and grab a buyout big.

Love how we’re playing lately. Doc seems to have unlocked Dame. He looks way more confident and it’s showing. Big props to Dame for playing through the tough times and improving over the season. The chemistry is growing and the young guys are contributing and developing nicely. I have to ask, is Doc actually a good coach after all? /s

How good has Trent Jr been? I feel like he hasn’t missed a three in a month. He’s gotta be one of the top three point shooters in the league.

Shout out to GTJ.. that hot stretch changed the dynamic of the game in the 1st half. That's big from a bench guy to be able to take over a game from us being down basically 10 just scraping by to being up like 10 without our stars having to really do much except just come back into the game they were losing like ohh ok I guess we're winning now.. let's clamp these fools.

Also Dame with some Dame Time magic ... we were up 5 with 1 min left in the 1st half and ended the half up 16 and most or all of that was Dame being cold than a MFer. That shot at 1.1 sec to halftime where he just kept running to the lockerroom, I dont think I ever saw that before.. anyone have a similar shot and run through the tunnel like that in mind? Sh#t was fire

Brook and GA also on D.. felt like everytime they started getting some momentum Brook or GA would block the mess out of some dude and not in a soft way -- like embarrassing and they have to be scraped off the floor.

The Dame to Giannis passes were fire too.. we're actually like 1 piece away from winning playoff games by 30.. I feel it now

Rondo is still working with us? I wonder if he fixed the GA Dame stuff because that mf could pass and the Dame to Giannis stuff looks different now

Agreed. That piece is a healthy Khris Middleton.

Also, Brook has been showing over and over again that he’s not replaceable, even at his age.

Does that piece exist still in 2025?

There might not be an all-star in that group, but we have some young(ish) rotation guys that aren't embarrassing.

We've come a long way, baby.

Damn Inglis is only 29 and putting up 14/9/4 in the Japanese B League. Thought he’d be nearly 40

I admit, I was wrong.

They did come out flat with low energy, but in hindsight they probably just needed to wake up. Like when you first wake up you're a bit stiff (I am talking about joints lol) and groggy. Bucks just needed a minute to wake up and smell the coffee, which they did.

I have plenty of bad hot takes in game threads. 8-)

It all started to come together when Middleton got back and showed how easy it is to get assists passing to Giannis. Dame and everyone else can learn a lot from our smartest player.

Im torn on midds to me hes exactly what we need to compete for a chip.As much as a happy motivated butler means ro miami a healthy smart midds means that much to the bucks.
Just wish i had a crystal ball to predict a healthy midds come playoff time or not.If you trade him n he breaks down again you upgraded n dodged a bullet. You dont trade him cause of his chemistry with giannis n dame n ge cant stay healthy then you have no shot.If trading him means levine or butler im still on the go for it fence
