Not complaining that Kuzma is inefficient. Just the facts. And that's going back through most of his career.
He has a role to play, just like everyone else. Stick to what you do well and avoid what you don't do well. Not real controversial.
To say (you didn't say this) you want a consistently inefficient shooter to shoot more is bizarre to me.
He does need to be willing to shoot when wide open enough so that at least the other team respects it and tries to rotate to recover rather than leaving him wide open like he’s Rondo or Simmons.
Good question. Clealy AJAX fits into that catgeory.
Ironically, Ajax's efficiency is very good this season, but the volume is so low resulting in it being a non-factor.
Kuzma clearly has more offenisve skills, so there is more to work with. The biggest issue with players is them having some self awareness of their strengths and weaknesses.
PJ Tucker was very self aware and never forced the issue. Instead he played to his strength.
Kuzma has enough skills such that he can be productive offenisvely, as long as he is aware of what he is good at.
