The Bucks have way too many retired numbers (a discussion for a different thread) but yes Khris will have #22 up there and I will be there for the ceremony. Just as I will be there tonight. The tribute video will be played during a timeout, not before the game. And I'm sure shown on TV.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Khris Middleton was an awesome player for the Bucks. Never to be forgotten.

Yeah, i wouldn't feel great about Midds being a retired number but he is the #2 on a championship team - with big games in the finals, #2 on games played and #3 on points, and multi all star. I think that barely crosses the threshold. (It gets a lot more interesting if we didn't get that ring)

I don't think current Midds is the "missing piece" but man, him giving 20 minutes of adult basketball would be really nice at the 3 right now.

Sorry, have to say: the 13th ranked team in SRS just took the alleged Death Star to 7 games with their best player hobbled. Half the league is in the mix here.

This is fair but that number is dragged down significantly by Indy being pretty bad their first 30 games or so where they were under .500 and 19th in net rating, but then leveled up considerably after those first couple months. Since new years they were 6th in net rating and playing at a 58 win pace over their next 50 or so. I am doubtful we’ll play at that level for a 40-50 game stretch but I’m totally open to being proven wrong.

Did you think the Pacers had that kind of run in them?

They should play Khris' music when he gets a bucket. Just once, though. Then the Bucks should put him in as many actions as possible. I love you, Khris! I hope your team loses by 60!

I'm torn, I want to watch Khris but I also don't want to watch him on the Wizards.

I flew two busy airports in the last week and it was normal business for TSA.

Khris should dribble it off of his knee for old times' sake.

The amount of people wishing we still had Khris to "play 20 minutes a night" is wild to me.

i did. they checked every modern box including star power. i think the armchair aspect of this needs to be looking at the modern model and they had every piece of it. obviously losing turner and hali will hurt but theyre still gonna make the playoffs imo. theyre deep and committed to their approach.

The main stars in our ring season were Giannis being MVP and Bud having the perfect system to make it work on each end.

Everyone else was a flawed role player that worked when together. It can be argued that Jrue and Brook playing D next to Khris was more important than Khris because wtf were we before Jrue and Brook?

Going even further, the least flawed role player wasn't Khris at all.. it was Brook that was the cheat code.. stuffed the middle. that mf did so much little stuff, plus hit 3s, plus could win underneath when needed (basically a cheat code) and then the league just got too fast and good at 3s. Bud took away the paint and forced teams into the worst % 3 -- which worked until it didn't.

thats natural and he'd be welcomed if he could defend and bought into a role

Turner about to be the new cheat code. If Doc controls his BP habit we're rolling.

we won because we took over a series against a hot atlanta team with giannis on ice. our team had star caliber players that bought into a system stepping up as needed. not limited guys that just fit a system imo. i think that series proved the theory that alot of guys were sacrificing individual accolades properly on the teams behalf. jrue, khris, and lopez specifically i mean. they were all capable of going off if giannis sat. in the last two games of that series they went TO WORK
