We would have made Noah look like Hakeem, which incidentally Hawes is doing a decent job of anyway.

But....but... the Bulls are 18-9 without Rose in regular season.... i don't... i don't..... I don't understand.....

Image

Anyway, that Pippen guy is a idiot. Always has been really. Yes they won a lot that one year after Jordan retired but although they lost Jordan they also got Kukoc, Kerr, Longley etc. This is complet diferent situation because they just lost Rose and didn't get anyone. It is one thing to beat CHA in regular season (3 times without Rose). Playoffs is kind of diferent.

So yeah, I guess, I told you so 8-)

You told us that we'd beat the Bulls because Ellis and Jennings have more star power. You refused to back the Sixers on my invitation only saying that it was different because we are better than Philly. So yeah you didn't tell us anything or at least anything that isn't completely stupid.

I refused to back the Sixers because I don't want their result to be a prove for our result. They may lose and we may still win because we are better than Sixers after trade deadline. If Sixers win though then we would apsolutly destroy Bulls.

The main point of all of this though is that I wish we made playoffs because Rose is injured. The Bulls are not very good without Rose and that is the point. You thought they are. You = idiot. As always.

If the Bucks only had a player like Paul Pierce and Chris Paul....both refused the lose the game for their respective teams IN THE PLAYOFFS.

When either Jennings or Ellis or whoever we find can do that for us...on a nightly or 'have to' basis like a Ryan Braun or Zack Grienke or Aaron Rodgers then we got something here.

Not the coach....THE PLAYERS! That quality is INVALUABLE...refuse to lose close game, refuse to lose at home, refuse to lose pivitol games, refuse to lose home games...refuse to lose divisional games, refuse to lose statement games....

REFUSE TO LOSE REFUSE TO LOSE REFUSE TO LOSE REFUSE TO LOSE! Who the hell has that around here!?

Tell me!!!! If you are a Milwaukee Buck you BETTER GO GET SOME!

:nonono: REFUSE TO LOSE :curse:

Looks like Kobe still has a little left in the tank.

And Sessions was damn good in crunch time for the Lakers. I miss Ramon. :(

The most impressive thing about Ramon to me is that when Kobe jumps around like an idiot calling for the ball when he isn't even open... he will look away from him and go to their bigs.

It would blow my mind that pretty much every time he did that with Fisher on the team, Fisher would try to force the ball to him.

What Kobe is able to do with the mileage he has on his legs is damn impressive. Guys work ethic in terms of conditioning/lifting is the best in the league.

Couldn't give Jennings any competition or starters' money.

I have to assume that this is 100% correct. I haven't always liked how Kobe approaches the game, but he has to work as hard/harder than anyone else in the league.

From what I've seen of LeBron/Wade, their workouts are supposed to be pretty legendary as well.

I realize some dislike Kobe because of his shot selection, but I've actually grown to admire him more, not less, as I've gotten older, based primarily just on the fact that the guy lives basketball. He's a guy who will play 40 minutes and then go lift for two hours until midnight if he has a bad game. As with all the greats, he's going to have a really hard time letting go. His game has slipped some, but the guy still put up 28 ppg at league average TS with almost 51,000 minutes on his legs (including playoffs). That's incredible to me.

Yeah Kobe's been an epic douche for most of his career but the guy lives and breaths basketball and has great respect for the game. I've always respected that.

He's already gone to Germany to have an experimental surgery on his knee to keep going. I don't like him, but I respect the hell out of him.

I don't really dislike Kobe. I used to, but I'm meh now. I think claims that he is the best in the game are really irrational but I try not to fault him for that. Kobe is a guy who loves the game, and when he's on its really fun to watch. Extremely skilled player.

Not to mention how long he has been a relatively good-great player. Longevity has to be admired.

My main issues with Kobe are:

1. He could have won more rings. His refusal to feed Shaq the ball more cost him wins and he lost because of his selfishness at times.
2. Because I always felt a lot of people overrated him as a player. He's great and certainly a Hall of Famer, but I never understood the "Kobe vs. Jordan" stuff, because Kobe was never even close. I don't even think there was a point where Kobe was the best player in the game, yet a lot of people consider him a better player (all-time) than Tim Duncan or Shaq, which is also a joke.

I agree and would say the same thing about LeBron. Comparing either Kobe or LeBron to Jordan is nuts in my opinion. Compare them to each other but neither can sniff Jordan's jock. Kobe's number of rings, while impressive, doesn't put him on the same plane as Jordan. I wouldn't put Kobe or LeBron on the same level as Magic or Bird, much less Jordan.
