sure

but they're not good enough to win a series against the Dubs...and they just hurt themselves for the post-LeBron era by trading their first.

Well, in fairness, they have the Brooklyn pick. From the vantage point of doing everything you can while Lebron is still healthy and a top 3 player, they've succeeded in moving on from what was clearly not working. And, they did so, while getting some young talent and a very solid veteran PG. I mean Hill is much much better than Rose and an old D Wade when healthy.

yeah, but he's also a VERY expensive option

I feel like I kept getting told, as recently as earlier this season, that Mudiay was about to break out and we should get him cheap while we can. Well he just got traded for a 35 year old backup. A good backup still, but I mean...

Porzingas notwithstanding, careers go to NYC to die. I hope that doesn't happen for Mudiay. Despite my opinion, I hope he turns out and he's still young.

This Derrick Rose situation is such a terrific example of why The Fan has absolutely no clue what they're talking about when it comes to basketball. A short six months ago every single person on that show wanted the Bucks to sign Derrick Rose to a large contract and they laughed at people that thought it would be a terrible deal. Rose signs a minimum deal with Cleveland and gets traded to Utah and sucks so much that he's going to get bought out so he can sign a minimum deal somewhere else. Man that would have been such a no brainer to give him $1 million per year for every PPGz he had two years ago with the Knicks!!!

I am not so sure about it, but even if so, they now have a young team of pieces of post Lebron. Nobody was coming out to the arena to watch a JR SMith/Shumpert/TT trio "light up" the court.

Nah I'm with JCC. An engaged Noel would be awesome. He showed enough signs in Philly.

His mental state just isn't right, and may never be.

Energized? He’s the most out of shape player in the league (other than Teodosic)

I think the Cavs got better with just garbage out alone.

Wow, Denver turned the 7th overall pick into Devin Harris. Gross.

The Bucks will add a vet wing or combo guard once all the vets are released, perhaps a Joe Johnson or someone of that ilk

I think the Lakers trade was dumb, and they got marginally better with Hill and Hood over IT and Shumpert. The real issue is whether all these new pieces have enough time to gel and build chemistry with only 30+ games left to play in the regular season.

And apparently the Cavs are looking at the shambling corpse of Kendrick Perkins to fill a soon to be open roster spot. Can he still go five minutes a game?

Why get mad at the Bucks? They already made two trades, one of them being better than any trade made today so far and fired their coach.

If you want to, just imagine we acquired Bledsoe at the deadline so it’s more exciting I guess.
