If the Bucks don't have their **** together, Giannis will leave for another team. This is not news, yet people are upset when he says it out loud? After ten years in Milwaukee? Sheesh.

The fun *positive* conspiracy is that Giannis is causing other teams to store their powder for him while artificially inflating the value of our future picks.

"So Giannis can't talk about possibly relocating if his championship goals are in peril, but Chones can openly threaten to go to a new board if the mods don't greet his trousers-centric talk with enough enthusiasm. Hypocrisy much?"

I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I’ve thought about this as well. We have 3 tradable firsts next summer, that’s a monster trade package if there’s “uncertainty” about Giannis.

An injury that didn't go away for game 5.

I'd like him to make free throws. But I'm going to put things in perspective.

If your back feels good enough to get to the free throw line 23 times.

Your back should feel good enough to make more than 10 out of those 23 attempts.

Giannis wasn't 100%, but he's not getting the injury excuse when it comes to missing 13 free throws in a 2pt loss in overtime that ended the Buck's season.

Giannis probably needed fluids because Bud was still sitting him out of games down the stretch of the regular season and not ramping him (or the rest of the team) up for 30+ minutes of playoff intensity basketball.

You can't sit a guy out of games late in the season and not ramp up his minutes down the stretch of the regular season, and then suddenly be like Now go out there and give us big minutes at playoff level intensity.

All through the month of March I said it on here almost daily.

The way Bud was approaching the final stretch of the regular season, he was setting the Bucks up for absolute disaster in the playoffs.

And that is exactly what happened.

Bud approached the final month of the regular season like it was still November. So relieved that they showed Bud the door.

We're talking about a guy who played with nothIng protecting his ACL. Doubt he was feeling all that good. But he puts his body on the line to win.

Giannis has every right to say what he’s been saying given how much he’s given to this city and the franchise. Frankly, I think he knows we’re capped out and can’t do much roster wise, so this is more of a shot at Khris and Jrue to light a fire under them.

Absolutely spot on yes you did say it and i did to but posters defended bud for doung that until the very end.I thought it was extremely stupid that come last 2 weeks he was still resting players wtf starting 5 only played in like 5 games together b4 the POs started. This team looked tired already in gsme 1.
Bud gave them off the last 2 reg season games .I personally thought thry should of played just alittle anyway to keep in rhythm.

I also am looking forward to all the championships we'll win now that Bud is gone. We'd have what, at least 3 if we never hired him? Easily.

Nurse would've anihilated Bud's Raptors, that's only the first one. [green, not sure how green]

It screams him trying to mend his ego. Describing himself as a “winner” and people needing to “sacrifice like him”

Which is fine by the way high level athletes need to have a certain level of delusion. He’s probably not even totally wrong either.

Over the past 2 seasons under coach Bud, the Bucks were averaging 4 playoff wins per season with a 27 & 28 year old Giannis.

And don't forget that coach Bud needed overtime in a game 7 to beat a Steve Nash coached Nets team that had 2 hall of fame players injured.

Did you know that if Adrian Griffin leads the Bucks to 2 playoff wins this season, he will have doubled up all of coach Bud's 2023 playoff success.

Did you know if Adrian Griffin doesn't win a championship he won't have made it as far as Bud did with this team

The reality of the modern NBA unfortunately. Bucks made a series of good moves to build a contender but now the team is old(er) and they don't have the luxury of time to try build a second era contender around Giannis.

Didn’t Giannis say something similar before his last extension to get the team to trade our draft capital for Jrue? And aren’t we coming up on a bunch of draft capital right before his extension again? Worked last time. Gotta be sure we don’t Dame him. That’s fair.

Is Giannis nervous about the roster turnover? (Age this coming season in parentheses)

Out:
Jevon (28)
Ingles (36)
Wes (37)
Leonard (31)
Dragic (37)

In:
Beasley (27)
RoLo (35)
Green (24)
Dre (22)
Livingston (20)

Does he see our extremely low-key/low investment youth movement as anti-competitive?

Glad to see Bontemps and McMahon call out the Gianni’s’ hypocrisy on the hoop collective. Finally someone remembered the end of the season being not a failure and now he’s throwing the org and his teammates under the bus.

If this isn’t a ruse that everyone is in on he needs to mend some fences.
