I have zero confidence on Hill & Wes come playoffs. They are roasted physically and not reliable shooters, I mean we saw them in the bubble when all matters they were disapponting.

I don't understand why we brought them back.
Comparing Forbes and PJ contribution and Hill & Wes .... why on earth we got the incompetent duo back.

I would say yes to Satoransky too. He is better than Hill.
So glad we got Kornet... he can be Portis 2.0

Agree it would be great to have PJ. Everything else:

Just need to correct that Wes was one of the few guys who showed up in the Miami bubble series.

Yup, he shot 38.7% from deep that year in the bubble. As always, Fotis is watching something else.

More importantly, he was engaged throughout, as opposed to the rest of the guards, who drifted in and out a lot and didn't pick up their play in that series until it was too late.

Plus he was like the only dude slowing down Jimmy, and Bud inexplicably stopped using him on Jimmy to close games, which worked out great. Ah, the Fire Bud days...

Those days will come roaring back if we play them this year and Nwora spends one possession on Jimmy.

Would be nice to see him on the court to see what he could do with us. Is he even going to be on the team in 3 days after his 10-day deal is up?

Saw him on the court versus the Nets scrubs. Couldn't move, couldn't hit the rim with his shots, couldn't rebound against smaller guys, could kinda set screens and pass the ball late. See ya.

He looked pretty assignment sure for a guy in his first minutes with a bunch of strangers, but he also got eaten alive by a rookie with under 100 NBA minutes under his belt.

Cheick Diallo dropped 28/14 with 3 blocks & 3 steals in 31 minutes and 17/11 with 5 blocks in 27 minutes on a FG% of 71 in his most recent games in the G-League. He's definately worthy of a 10-day contract.

Thinking this watching the Charlotte game. Horst and Co need to look for better shooters/offensive players when looking to fill the 2 way or 10 day spots. Feel like we'd hang in games easier with guys who could actually shoot.

Don't be trading for Bagley.

Unlikely unless we want an expiring for Brook.

I just don't see that many interesting players we could be trading for.

On the Kings:

Haliburton/Barnes (for Middleton): Very much doubt we'd be looking for such a shakeup.
Fox (for Middleton): Very much doubt we'd be looking for such a shakeup.
Barnes (for Lopez/DDV): Would very much like that, Kings can probably do better though.
Bagley (for Lopez): Turn Lopez into an expiring to save future $$$.
Holmes (for Lopez/DDV): Get a younger center.

On the Cavs:

Markkanen (for Lopez/DDV): Cavs don't need Lopez. Not sure if we want Markkanen.
Okoro (for DDV/Nwora): Cavs are supposedly looking for another ball handler and we would get a wing defender. I can kinda see this one but he was OUT.
Cedi (for DDV/Semi): I don't see this one. I guess he's signed for 1+1 more years and we may not be paying Donte.

Mo Harkless and Alex Len are two guys that we could both use and are cheap contracts. No idea who we'd want on the Cavs except maybe one of their 10-day guys. Lamar Stevens?

Bucks were linked to Harkless during the bubble season, could see them going after him again.

I'd do Haliburton + Barnes for Middleton Jrue. According to rumors, the Kings want to make a push for the playoffs. They'll likely be buyers at the trade deadline.

Alternatively:

Feel free to add pick(s) if you deem it necessary. We could also ask for Thybulle who's an elite defender.

PG: Haliburton - Hill
SG: Allen - Donte
SF: Middleton - Pat
PF: Barnes - Bobby
C: Giannis - Len - (Brook)

I don't expect us to trade Jrue. I mean, he helped us win our first ring in 50 years! That said, I believe Hali+Barnes might make the Bucks a better team both in the short and long term.

Offensively, I think the ideal pair with Giannis is one insane shooter to distract from Giannis and one great playmaker to exploit imbalances. If you think about something like Midds for Hield and Haliburton, you've got those boxes checked, plus you've still got Jrue... it's tempting, at least on one side of the ball. You can imagine the looks Hield and Haliburton would get with Giannis and Jrue, and you can imagine the kind of looks Giannis would get if you didn't sag off the perimeter.

I think it's a far easier path to ring #1 just grind it out offensively with more or less the talent we have, and get better/tougher defensively. Defense is so much cheaper.

Wet dream scenario.
