The refereeing is brutal. Dame doesn't get continuation, then on the next play McConnell two hand pushes him out of bounds on his drive on the baseline, and then they get a foul on Green going up and down. The contact has to get called at both ends or this will just be us watching the Pacers get back into the game shooting free throws.
